Just been thinking about our reserves pairing. Do you see anyone signing them up in the champ next season? I can't see Sam nor celina getting snapped up by anyone purely based on their ability and scoring this season.

Can't replace them after today

Everyone has the right to be negative about our reserves. I'm going to bring in some positivity. Sam on his last couple of races at Edinburgh looked improved. He had confidence in the bends. Today was an improvement too. He didn't lack confidence around the bends like he has done most of the season. If he had better gating he probably would've scored more today. As for celina, she has hardly featured for us lately and she was awful today.

Saying that, one track grading in full meeting is ridiculous

We can't say much. I havent missed one home meeting yet and 9 times out 10 they struggle to keep the dust down.

Agreed. Can't see our reserves doing much at all and our better riders aren't making up for that

Sam looked really good there. Nice to see him attacking the bends and not slowing down like we've seen of late. If he can sort that gating out he'll be fine today. Celina poor throughout

I struggle to see us gaining the bonus point. Celina and Sam will do their usual so we are relying on the other 5 to show up

Anttis brother does apparently ride but I couldn't find much evidence on the quality of him. Plus who would he vuolas' mechanic

He may not but he got me thinking about potential Finnish riders. Couldn't think of any who would come in close to tates average.

You're clutching at straws here pal. Yes you we're missing your number 1, but Lasse was replaced by Sam Hagon who is arguably better. We were missing Tate, which wouldn't have been so bad if we had a full team as they all could take a ride, but we didn't. We had one poor quality NDL rider and a rider who doesn't even have an NDL team and would struggle in that league. The point is we had no chance of competing. You had a full team of championship level riders. There's no comparison here so stop while you can.

If you are only going to give reserve signings two matches to impress then you have big issues. Vuolas is talented, shows it at comets, showed it at SON. You'll struggle to find better than him but if this is his "final chance" then it's your loss. He doesn't have the experience around a lot of the tracks but he's a quick learner.
