Sorry to say but the 7th rider announcement dragged on too long now people are getting bored with the uncertainty, you can see that by the number, or lack of posts recently. I know some posters will say plenty of time yet but the clock is ticking.
Thinking from the other side of the argument there is now a group of riders without a club for 2024 who you would think want to ride so there may be a good deal to be struck.
I agree totally, I personally am thankful we have championship racing again. I think initially steady away should be the plan, we can break eggs with big sticks once things are established.
I personally think we need a steadying influence in the team who is a solid scorer. I was a long time Barrow supporter and know only too well that speedway fans are fickle and wont support a losing team particularly at home, hence the reason I have a 90 mile round trip to see my adopted team Workington. I really hope it all works out. Workington - Barrow derby's happy days.
I agree it is slightly worrying there arent many riders around on the 6.25 average who havent been signed and we cant afford to go in with a team on 35 or 36 average
