The teenager who is making great waves in the sport is known as much for the stylish tassels on his racing suit as he is for the immense talent that he has on a bike. CAPTAIN COOK SAILS BACK IN 15/12/25 Poole Speedway has been given a massive boost with the news that their 2025 team captain Zach Cook has opted to extend his racing at Championship level and will therefore skipper the Pirates again in 2026. The 26-year old Cowran who finished the double winning season on an average of 7.34 revealed "I am really happy to be back with Pirates for 2026. To be honest, I wasn't originally planning on racing in the Championship next season. With other commitments I thought it might spread me a bit too thin."
