Maybe Lynn are going to do what Mildenhall did back in the early 80s. Big build up in the local rags in the week leading up to the opening meeting (no social media of course) about a big hitter of a number one coming. The moment of truth arrived when jumping out of the back of a rusty old bread van came Ray Bales. Pure theatre. 😀

It could also be said that all good things come to an end. Normally Buster is full of it during the off season, loads of stull coming out of Saddlebow in The EDP, Lynn News etc This year the silence is deafening. When things are done a certain way and the fans are happy with that way, If you suddenly change things then questions will always be asked. Just because Buster has brought decent teams to the start line in the past, doesn't mean it will happen every year. I can recall a couple of very ordinary teams we had at Premier League. Tacey and Tom P being heat leaders was one such year. Our First year in the Premier was really top heavy. 3 big hitters at the top end In Topinka, Parker and Watt, but not to much underneath. So There is no given right that it will happen every year.

Why Does it matter if a person is a Kings Lynn supporter or not ? People who come on here have an interest in Speedway, generally. So Don't feel just because it is a thread about Kings Lynn that people who follow other clubs wont post. Likewise Lynn followers will post on other Threads as well.

Tel, hard to come to terms with going into a new season without a true Number one. We have been use to NKI for the last few seasons, and that is a big steel show to fill. For me, I am disappointment that there never appeared to be a plan B in case ( as happened) NKI decided he wasn't coming back. Putting all your eggs in one basket, it would appear.

Can she do Thursdays ? Would be a shame if we lost her through a change of race night.

Wednesday was far better for me than Thursday. Can see I will miss even more meetings this season than last. As I have a car full normally that will be a few missing as well as myself. I'm sure it will have the opposite effect also where some couldn't make a Wednesday but can make a Thursday

What is Buster doing with his time ? Really seen at the Football club ( has put a general Manager in charge) little to no interaction with the Speedway fans, his own son comes on here seemingly having no knowledge of what is going on at Saddlebow, when before we was almost running the show. Is this new glass floor taking a lot more installing than was first thought ?😏
