As Lewis Kerr is a Kings Lynn asset how is it that he is leaving Lynn so as to stay with the Premier League Club he has joined on loan ? After all if there was a fixture clash between Lynn and Ipswich then the Stars fixture would take presidence. Why on earth would Buster allow this to happen if he didn't want it to. Maybe more to this than meets the eye.

Who Knows they way Nicki could be thinking. He has his World titles under his belt, and no one can take them away. There is a whole new generation of riders coming along looking to grab that title. Could it be that Nicki wants to maybe enjoy the autumn of His career ( Saddlebow being one of his favourite tracks). Plus maybe he wants to boost his bank account up as much as he can in the time he has left at the top level of the Sport. Does his Mechanic Tom P still have Kings Lynn connections ? and is Nicki Still based in the Uk ? if so should be too much of a hardship setting up over again.

If, ( a big word in this case) Nicki and Buster could agree a deal then I think that would be a real bums On seats piece of business by Buster and would certainly be a tale of a true promoter, Promoting. I would even go as far to suggest he would be a far bigger star attraction than NKI. However if we are getting the Bjarne version I can see that having the total opposite effect.

History is always something that can be used in any argument.. What Goes around comes around and all that. With all that goes on these days, with R/R Guests, double up's double down's etc etc... is having a rider 50% of the time any different to how often some are available now ? Desperate times call for desperate measures. The tail certainly wags the dog in Speedway these days.

Was It Exeter or Hull who could use a guest for away meetings as Ivan Mauger was only available for Home meets ? Precedent has already been set.

I am sure you would, But I think that North would be quite sort after, where as that might not be the case with Watt. There are only so many riders available so the liks of Watt have to be fitted in somewhere, so why Not Kings Lynn ?

What i find surprising is that there is no mention of an Evening In the staduim bar. Then again whats the point of arranging a meeting when there is nothing to announce. Cant say I even feel like a Mushroom..... certainly kept in the dark, just this time not fed on.....

If Buster cannot pull the proverbial Rabbit out of the Hat and bring in a top Liner then with Over 33 points still to play with, that averages out at circa 6.65 for the 5 remaining places. To find 3 riders outside of the named heat leader pool around that kind of average is going to be some challenge. With all Other teams seemingly announcing their line-ups I have the sneaky feeling that Kings Lynn have a few problems. Still with Buster at the helm of British Speedway I am sure we wont come up short.

Was Hoping Buster would have let the fans know something by now, even if it was only to give the date of a meeting to let us know whats going on, or not as the case may be. I know he must have his hands pretty full with his new appointment as head of the BSPA, just hope he doesnt forget the little people on his way to the top. Kings Lynn fans need to kept in the loop on whats is going on locally even though Buster is planning a big bright new future for the Sport.

Riders come and go hasnt it always been just so ? The King is dead, Long live the king and all of that. If NKI feels by giving the UK a miss he has maybe one last chance of going for World Champion then good luck to him, thanks for his efforts over the last few years, but time for both party's to move on. Kings Lynn Speedway was around long before NKI and I am sure it will be around long after ( if the Sport survives). I have every confidence that Buster will put out a side that will be competive, If not it wont be the first time we have had that to deal with at Saddlebow. After all we have had some real ropey years in The Sport. The one League idea is getting ever closer and if thats the way it is, then so be it. I well remember a few years back the enjoyable times Kings Lynn had competing at that level, and If that is the only level that is sustainable in British speedway then surely that has to be better than No Speedway, doesnt it ?

Maybe the days of these top boys riding in the UK are coming to an end. No NKI, Zager, Magic this season. Is it really bad thing for British Speedway ? Could it be a line-up looking something like Batchelor Lambert Bjerre Schlein Porsing Kerr Rose Would that fit ?

Anyway back to all things Kings Lynn Stars, have we got any rumours doing the rounds on who is onboard for next season ? I really cannot see wholesale changes. NKI, Lambert, Roo, Kerr, Rose (honourary Star) back again. So maybe just 2 new faces, or not so new.

Well Now Buster is the top dog at the BSPA, why Not just ask him ? Im sure you have his number.

With all this talk on a Kings Lynn thread, is there a rumour of Newman coming to Saddlebow ?
