  1. But are they equal in the Elite League? Neither Crump, nor Adams, has looked at their best in the Elite League this season. They're atop the averages, for sure, but aditionally, the Elite League isn't about power circuits in the way the GPs are. At places like Wroclaw, Krsko, Prague and Bydgoszcz you need speed. And Crump and Adams don't seem to have any.
  2. All depends on how motivated TR is for next year. He's raised his game this season, that's for sure. But will he have the same determination and focus next season?
  3. My point, although I'd have thought it was obvious, is that you should get something for making the semis. When the aggregate points are calculated after this GP, 8 points will be added to Adams' and Jonsson's scores and 9 points to TG's. But he made the semi. And finished 3rd in the semi.
  4. Thank you young Hampel. Just a shame TG couldn't make it to the final. But at least he looked competitive at last. And now a month or so to wait for the next round. Edit: And worth remembering I've only bet on TR once. And that was in the 1st round.
  5. Regarding points, it's surely criminal that TG makes the semis but only finishes with 1 more point than Andreas Jonsson and Leigh Adams.
  6. Think Crump's having to "over ride" to try and compensate for his lack of basic speed.
  7. It's all getting rather embarrassing. It's all just too easy for TR.
  8. And Crump pulls it out of the bag again. Shame TG couldn't make it to the final. That would really have pushed my points total up. But I'm happy with Hampel. 100 x 6 + 100 + 60 = 760
  9. Nicholls didn't deserve that. He'll be heartbroken. But, on the bright side, Hampel into the final means many points for me in the competition.
  10. I've been saying it since the 2nd GP. The Jawa riders are not on the pace. Look at the two main Jawa guys, Crump and Adams. They're having a terrible time in the GPs. Gollob looked off the pace with his Jawas, but he's on the gas with a GM this time around.
  11. Well, if it'd been Nicki P you'd have blamed him, no doubt. Lindback had to go, not a doubt. Crump pulls it out of the fire in Ht 20, but you can't really see him in the final. He's well off the pace and BP almost passed him in Ht 20. I don't think it's Crump, but his machinery. Think Jonsson is slightly unlucky not to make the semis.
  12. Lets hope BP is okay for the re-run and that the meeting goes the distance. They finished last season's Prague GP in appalling conditions, so they should be able to manage this one okay.
  13. Think Lindback's got to go for that one. But it should put Ryan Sullivan and probably BP into the semis.
  14. Well, Hampel and TG both into the semis. But I don't see either making the final, so I'm going to lose out in the competition again.
  15. Another great ride from Lindback there, although I thought Jonsson would get him eventually. But he didn't. Andersen really looks hopeless at the minute. Poor 3rd rides for BP and Ryan Sullivan. At the minute, Nicki P and Crump could well fail to reach the semis and it's an even bigger lead for TR.
  16. Crump's starting to look a tadge desperate now. But, then again, I suppose his position is a bit desperate.
  17. That's just a fantastic ride from Nicholls. But how many points has Gollob got? Millard said a win would give him 10, but surely he finished behind Dryml in the Jonsson heat and now has 8. With a heat left to go, he should be comfortably in the semis. Nicholls is there already and well done to him. A super showing so far.
  18. Well, Ht 12 was a bit of a damp squib after all. TG toasted Nicki P on the first lap and disappeared into the distance. Hancock's looking woeful. Nicki P's looking set for the semis. And Ryan Sullivan's looking like he did 3-4 years ago.
  19. Lindback lucky to get away with that. Although come the first bend in the re-run we'll see whether he's been lucky or not, I suppose.
  20. Think he needs to look at his engines to be honest. GMs are showing the way. If you're on Jawas in the GPs you're toast.
  21. Another super, super ride by Nicholls. He's in the semis for sure. But Crump and Adams look desperate. Jonsson's looking handy for the semis as well.
  22. Did Millard seriosly just say: "Disappointment at the back for Andersen"? What racing is he watching? TG clashes with Dryml is another one.
  23. And Bjarne Pedersen really is having an up-and-down season GP wise. Terrible in 1 GP and great in the next. But what about Ryan Sullivan? He's really showing his Polish form tonight.
  24. A pretty good race there, with Nicholls and Richardson coming past Chrzanowski. Lindback tailed off at the back. And it's back to the old TG, riding the outside when the inside is quicker. A good ride by Jonsson to come back after a bit of a shove on the second turn.
  25. A super start by Hampel in the re-run, but TR's looking ominously good. As regards the first running, if it's any other rider the decision's fine. The problem is it so seldom is "any other rider". It's always Nicki P.
