  1. Don't be so stupid - I never said he wouldn't average 4.00, I said he wouldn't improve it
  2. They're decent riders though, Tomicek isn't. He failed on countless times to beat reserves when he rode for Somerset so even having him in the team on a 4 point average is a waste of time as he won't improve that. Added to the fact, Stoke's team is poor, this signing doesn't change a thing.
  3. Fascinating... imagine her face after when she realised she dialed the wrong number!
  4. To save me reading through the rest of the thread, who is the music act playing?
  5. What's this status milarky then?

  6. In which case, you can't forget something you don't know
  7. It's a miracle - you mentioned 3 names and none of them were Rymel, Doolan or Roynon!
  8. Not only that, you don't see Jason Crump about a lap ahead of riders like James Brundle. Instead you got equally spread races where the competition is so intense, that anyone could win. There is alot more pressure on in Poland, with the stakes alot higher - I guess that gives riders even more a boost and desire to win.
  9. To be fair to him, he was always spot on - I watched alot of Polish Speedway last season and it was fantastic. Totally different from British Speedway, a whole different outlook on things. However, both Polish and British Speedway have their pluses and minus' - I watch both, and enjoy both.
  10. Terry Tibbs - Talk to me!

  11. To quote the Press Release sent out to Rebel Fans by the club Press Officer: Indeed it is England vs. Australia, and not Great Britain. Cant wait for the final (and possibly deciding Test ) Test at Somerset, as Woffinden, Barker, King, Holder, Batchelor and Doyley have all had some outstanding scores at some point at the OTA. Each test will be run under the usual 7 rider, 15 heat format too I believe.
  12. I was going to mention that too, as I catched on that Still though.. Still looking for that song, was very catchy. Kept mentioning the words "Kicking Back".
  13. Nicki was punching the air himself when Hampel came off. There is nothing wrong with it IMO, you are bound to be happy. You have got the result you want, this is the World Cup Final, almost as big as it gets for these riders. They are representing their country and are on the edge of one of their greatest moments of their career. Full credit to Denmark, especially to Nicki and Hans who were both superb
  14. Does anyone know the song played at the end of the SWC Final on Sky Sports? Thanks in advance.
  15. QUOTE (Rob B @ Jun 15 2008, 12:59 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Completely illegal, if the ref sees it they get maximum fine. Everyone seems to do it. How else did Gollob get both his arms up in the air last night? Yes.. he removed the cut out cord.
  16. And? Most riders do after the race when they remove the cut out on the 'slow down lap' or whilst returning to the pits directly.
  17. Thanks very much The 'you've got the love' was used on the old advert.
  18. Does anyone know who sings the song, and what the name of it is, used on the advert for the GP at Cardiff? I'm on about the advert that included the commentary from last year and the song seemed to repeat the word "Yeahhh" quite abit! Thanks
