  1. I don't think that's the case. As an example Aaron Summers has a 6.8 average and no way can he be considered a HL so no reason not to sign a second string with an inflated average - you could even go to D Watt on his average and further if anyone is available. Just using these as examples. Of course Hans is a HL!
  2. I was replying to PoP and he had Holder in his team
  3. Yes but you can only have 3 riders from the HL list - you already have Holder, Buzz and Hans. So it would be a second string with a high average.
  4. Good to see him back http://www.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/sport/14025165.Sedg_is_Just_the_man_for_the_Robins/
  5. Not called Slow Freddie for nothing - although he has a bargain average. However, he has been on the slide for a few years now so can't see a positive change in form.
  6. What is your problem?? Bradford Ace made the point that sides were going to have 6 point riders at No1 and GRW123 said "and a 6 pointer at reserve" to which I replied that Wolves almost have that already with Howarth. Then Mr Pedant (you) started. I'm not interested in trying to score points - especially over something as stupid as this! Tell you what, please put me on ignore because you are doing my head in now - after all the anti-Swindon cr@p last season and now this. Merry Christmas
  7. Wolves almost have a 6 pointer in Howarth
  8. Yes very funny paperboy! As champions you should get last pick!
  9. Didn't quite go to that plan last year (although it could have until they got Kylmakorpi on board). Bees were competitive and could easily have topped the league and been in the final.
  10. Batchelor Edit - I see you beat me to it.
  11. FTRs were/are on a fixed rate. It makes sense that as he is no longer an FTR that he gets the going rate for someone of his skill/experience - whatever that may be. Surely everyone wants to get paid what they believe they are worth - why should a speedway rider be any different?
  12. The draft has been unfair since its inception and KL benefitted massively in the first year with Lewis and Lewis, last year it was Poole and Coventry and this year it looks like Wolves, Leicester and Poole (thus far). The while thing was ill-conceived and poorly executed - like everything the BSPA come up with!
  13. So can you explain how Poole got to pick before Swindon?
  14. there is no way that a 5.5+ rider should be at reserve in this watered down league. Looks like BSPA back scratching to me and it stinks!
  15. Richie I can understand as he didn't ride EL last season - Howarth did!
  16. But it IS relevant!! If he has a current EL average then that's what should be used! More cr@p from the BSPA!
  17. The Chuckle Brothers as they are available Saturday nights - to me, to you...
