Good luck to both teams tonight - I hope it's a good meeting and BV turn up and go for it. Sadly I think it will be an easy victory for Poole with little resistance from BV - but stranger things can happen
His punishment is to clean the goggles of everyone in the BV team!
I think it was a stupid thing to do and it could have ended badly. However, it has happened and its finished with - now we can talk about how many points Poole are going to win by tomorrow - or will BV come up trumps
Well done to BV on their fight back to get the draw. It still gives them a glimmer of hope for the second leg but you would expect Janowski to up his game and for Poole to win easily on Wednesday but it's not over until it's over!
Totally disagree - if he's sick - don't ride! It has been 3 weeks now and it's extracting the urine! He is declared for the two meetings this week so he should ride. If AJ rides - it is blatant cheating - my opinion
And there the manipulation of the rules begin. All riders who progress from PL to EL get a converted PL average - why should ex-FTRs be any different - given that they have been protected at reserve for a couple of years. Weren't their PL averages used to get their positions in the FTR draft - from which certain teams benefitted. So enough of the manipulation and just a fair conversion from PL average and not an arbitrary figure that will benefit some and hamper others!
Absolutely not - they should move up on their converted PL average which is in the rules - anything else would give a huge advantage to those teams who have the Garrity's, Newman's etc. Garrity on a 3 - you are having a laugh!!
For 2 weeks he has been injured for BV but able to ride on the continent. If he rides in the GP this weekend that will be 3 weeks and if he doesn't ride on Monday I really don't think BV should have a facility for him. If he is injured then that's fine - don't ride anywhere. If he is withholding his services (which is in effect what he is doing) then he should get a ban and BV should get a facility or why not just ride?
