One more nail in the coffin that is British Speedway! How a rider who last rode here as a heatleader isn't on the HL list is a total farce!
-
Where did you hear that? If true - I totally agree - another BSPA farce that (un)surprisingly involves Poole!
-
If he decides to give the Uk a miss, he would need to be based elsewhere because of visas - wouldn't he?
-
No - that's Leicester

Beggars cant be choosers

Getting a bit ahead of yourself. Most teams have still to declare their line-ups so I will wait and see before throwing in the towel.
-
I don't think other teams aren't trying. Certain teams have been lucky in signing a recognised top #1 rider but the list of riders wanting to ride in the UK is decreasing all the time.
-
Didn't see that coming - I thought he was giving the UK a miss like most of the other SGP stars. Good on him!

Swindon 2016 - A New Era Starts...we Thought..

That's better than I thought assuming there is someone around on that average. My preference would be Zengi but it's a numbers game -
I think they are referring to the Judas/Killer situation - which we all know is not the same

I remember when Pete and Merv were at Swindon and am saddened to hear of Pete's passing. RIP

Swindon 2016 - A New Era Starts...we Thought..

Having gone with Doyle (and assuming that Morris will be on board), I cannot see Swindon signing Zengi because he would take up too many points and potentially leave them with a 3 pointer in the 1-5. So it looks like Batch (who is on a more attractive lower average) is more likely to stay on at Swindon (IMHO). Of course Zengi should be a second string because that is how he obtained his high average and as someone has already posted his short stint in the HL berth yielded a 5+ average -
Probably the fact that the he has never been a HL? Just a wild guess!
-
The same can be said about Buzz - both are HL s - QED!!
-
Call it what you want but everyone else sees it for what it is - CHEATING! ABSOLUTELY! I couldn't agree more
-
There is no argument - Buzz last rode as a HL and should come back as a HL! You cannot just ignore history to suit FFS! Or interpret the rules to suit a point being made! You mentioned Swindon - I don't know the relevance to the point I made but I will say that if they did try and sign 4 HLs they would be cheating too! You cannot justify a wrong by pointing out another!
-
More manipulation of the rules!! Rory Schlein didn't ride much of last year is on a lower average than Buzz and will be on the HL list (even coming back from a very bad injury) which is what everyone expects. Shamek Pawlicki should also be on the HL list with a similar average! Why is it Poole always try and manipulate things to their advantage ?? Will wait and see who the last rider is (assuming Holder is a done deal) and if it is another HL then Poole will be CHEATS!
-
When Buzz last rode here it was in a heat leader role - which is how he got his average (in a stronger league than now). There is no way on this earth that anyone can justify him not being a HL!!
-
As I've said before if Hansi isnt a heat leader then it is just plain wrong. I also read that Rosco said he was a heat leader weeks ago. Let's be honest - he has been a HL for years and spent most of last season as one - where is the doubt??
-
Maybe in your head there is - he is a HL!
-
That may be the case but if Holder signs you already have your 3 HLs ?!?!
-
Only because you thought it may be Batchelor
-
Good signing - assuming he isn't the one who competed in the SGPs last year!
-
You should pay for all your aliases! Not all pensions are state pensions and most pensioners will have contributed to theirs so not the same as JSA!

Fingers crossed It's Kenneth Bjerre
