It all depends on how they ride on the night - all riders will need to raise their game but on paper there is a lot in it with Poole having a big advantage in terms of combined team averages. If Howarth can get back to his early season form and King continues his recent purple patch then the first leg should be close. However at Poole there will only be one winner and that's the Pirates!

. No need to as Swindon won't be racing against Coventry again this season He has carried the team this year and it just shows what an ill-conceived concept the FTR draft was. Nothing against Garrity or Bees but that is where matches are being won this season.

I think all teams would like a PL #1 as their EL FTR!

King's Lynn V Swindon 9th Sept 19.45

I'd be surprised if Kerr is still an FTR -
Or Coventry being victimised - lol Now who is that continually claims victimisation?

Yes you can reasonably say it was intended as a like for like replacement! The rules say that there is a cut off where changes cannot be made - that date has passed. Therefore, for an injury replacement, it should be a like for like - otherwise you are effectively strengthening after the cut off date - which isn't allowed.
-
As I have said several times - it's not how you start it's how you finish and if you finish bottom you will have been the worst EL team this season
-
What I read was that changes could not be made after the cutoff unless it was for a season ending injury. To me that implies you can only replace a rider like for like or you would be making changes after the cutoff date. We will soon find out who is right if/when Coventry make an announcement. It matters not anyway as Poole will win

...and Leicester finish above Wolves in the EL table (on the BSPA) website. Oh - how we laughed!
-
Who would have thought it - Wolves beaten by Leicester at home! What was stevebrum saying about the league's worst team?
