  1. I'm sure he isn't the only one with medical issues, yeah we know some have serious mental issues.
  2. Thing is Gavan is a cany lad and sets all the Poole threads up using stats and stuff so whatever Poole do it's a dig or wind Poole fans up. If they win, then they were meant to, and if they lose, then they should have won. And let's be honest it's only mainly on Poole threads, cos there are few not so bright.
  3. If you watched tonight's meeting you wouldnt be saying that, there was some extremely close racing with plenty of contact,, you can't see that from behind your bedroom curtains, for any of your teams
  4. Forgot about him lol,,,,,,, nice to have a rider that can do that, thanks niels You can tell he is world class by the extra speed he can carry into the first bend and still make it round easily.
  5. Thank you witches thank you Agree about Sarj, and Heeps was fantastic, and Jake had a couple of blinders. Harris a meeting of 2 half, was flying, then suddenly wasn't. Perks was fantastic, and Jensen was well below his best, in fact he looked really awkward on the bike. Need to gets Lawsons head back in the game, although I did say he would go missing in important meetings, but it's any meeting at the moment, come on Dickie, you are better than that.
  6. So looking at those rules you don't get a bonus point for drawing,
  7. Wouldn't it for once to at the end of an important meeting say, well at least they tried, instead of f### sake why prep a track like that when we have racers
  8. I would like to see each rider given 1 flying lap before the meeting starts.
  9. That's correct James,,,, the most important person involved in this meeting could well be the trackman. Let's hope for once its done in our favour, forget pretty speedway, this is a must win and the track must be doctored in our favour,,,,, let's get inside batch head and screw with it. You know it makes sense Bob. Unfortunately I don't think anyone involved with Ipswich actually thinks like that, so a gating contest is on the cards
  10. Mmmmm, yes and no for me,,,,, it's supposed to be a sport not an entertainment, and there is no reason why massive stuffing can't be entertaining. In say rugby or football would the fans get bored of stuffing their opponents?
  11. I would suggest a demolition job is more likely when you look at the past few home results for the Witches.
  12. Not so sure having a big home advantage is so bad, as teams that normally have a big home advantage are not so good on their travels. We changed our pool tables cloth to one that isn't that well liked to gain a home advantage as we aim to win all matches by the biggest margin possible. Strangely though, winning by big margins isn't seen as a good thing in speedway.
  13. That's very true, hadn't thought of that, okay my way wouldn't work in speedway.
  14. But we get whatever we get, we don't get extra for only just loosing, or more for drawing away,. I like that that way of scoring, and I think it would work for speedway, you might not but I do, as I don't like your way, the current way, still sucks a fat one to me.
  15. Shouldn't it be the racing that keeps it interesting till the end?
  16. Never watched cricket, I play in a pool and darts league and points are earnt by how many legs or frames your team gets, to me that would work for speedway, you get what you score. And that's home and away.
  17. Is there any other sport that awards the loser points? It's to keep the meeting alive people say, are there any other sports that do something to keep the match/game/meeting/race alive? Certain things about speedway completely suck in my opinion, and the scoring is one of them things.
  18. I think Ipswich have more turn up whatever type of supporters than Peterborough.
