  1. Oh one will definitely be there, not sure why everyone suddenly thinks it's tungate that's staying. I put a few posts back that one will stay If tungate stays it will be gino and cam at 3.and 4, that's a hell of a lot of pressure on those 2
  2. So if tungate is left out, where would he go? Redcar? I've tried to rattle my brains, but can't think of any away track he is outstanding on.
  3. Now that team could do well. And has a couple of racers, and still keeps the Louis family happy with Bates, that's if he is still with Louis daughter number 2
  4. I think you just got it right King Hawkins Manzares Heeps Risager New 5 pointer or lanham Ellis And unfortunately, that team ain't gonna win anything, including the 4's, as no where near good enough to qualify King Worrall Wells was the way to go, but we all know either tungate or risager will definitely be in. And aljack was right in nearly everything he said. With that team Ellis Cameron and manzares will have to be bang on it every meeting
  5. Looking at some of the teams people are putting together, it really makes last season's team look very strong. I think Chris is going to struggle to put a table topping team together with both king and tungate, unless he has unearthed a new superstar on a 3 average. Because of that, I think it maybe tungate that misses out and another reasonable third heat leader will be included.
  6. Maybe morten could do a season at Sheffield, and come back next year on a 4 average, cos let's be honest, it's not a track he tends to score well on. Maybe a year on a track like that would help his overall ability. So if morten stayed at Ipswich we wouldn't exactly have a great top 2, and would need another good scorer, because gino and Cameron would be a huge risk at 3 and 4. With rohan and king it would probably leave the bottom end a little weaker. For some reason because Louis is extremely loyal to riders, I can see the possibilities of putting together an all conquering team disappearing and instead, yet again a team that will just about scrap into the play offs and yet again no further. Just look at Somerset, reached play off finals but both heat leaders now gone.
  7. Could he live up to a 5 average? I didn't see him do any practice laps.
  8. Well I thought there were 4 musts after last season, Adam Cameron gino and Worrall. And I'm hoping I'm still right, and if they all want to race for us again, Louis would be daft not to include them all.
  9. I definitely think Adam is going to have a big year next season.
  10. Steve Worrall had such a jump in average, it would be hard to follow. Let's hope he manages to get a team place this year and doesn't miss out after improving so much.
  11. Well we will soon find out if Louis needs head testing.
  12. Let's hope Adam is staying, can easily see his average going up to 6 plus.
  13. Yeah Ipswich would be mad. We all know Worrall is better than this year and we all know he has plenty of improvement left in him. Who is to say heeps is going to improve? But what i do know is, is the best chance you have of finishing near the top of the league is having plenty of riders that have plenty of improvement left in them. But what if he puts the 1.5 back on? We all know morten won't add that or rohan or Ritchie, so Worrall would be exactly the type of rider you need in a team.
  14. Tungate may have favourite it out of cheeky spite
  15. Yeah that team should be good enough for bottom half of table
  16. Personally I think Wells is a faster rider than tungate with better bike skills, but his average would suggest otherwise. Although having Ipswich as Wells home track he could easily push his average higher than tungate I don't want to see either tungate or risager next season, apart from with their visiting team.
  17. Thank god for that, didn't fancy that team much Swap Wells for jorg and you could nearly be there, would also leave a little extra to try and improve on greenwood then it could easily be a league and cup winning team
  18. Also I don't think tungate has helped himself by saying he was turning up at meetings and couldn't be bothered. Does anyone think risager will be left out?
  19. Think I would struggle to pay my money every week to watch that team.
  20. So masters bonus points is less than a point, so obviously he just clears off then, and he probably picked up plenty of them finishing behind cook in heats 13 and 15. Again I shall repeat, I would take masters over tungate, but not king. In fact I would take masters over every other number 1 apart from king and cook and stead.
  21. Well I wouldn't rate tungate as a number 1, so why would I rate masters as one? Having said that, I would take masters over tungate any day of the week, and averages with bonus points means nothing to anything, apart from his wages.
