Who told ya that,,,, some geezer at the local pub/curry House
-
Actually,,, it's prob not an issue for 95 percent of those that go and watch. On other social media its a fantastic team that will be favourites. And let's be really really honest,,,, doesn't matter how good or how bad the team is or does,,, we still have more or less the same support.
-
That is definitely the biggest issue
-
Everyone is entitled to an opinion. Doesn't matter which side of the scenes they are on.
-
And I don't have a problem with Heeps himself,,, just constant over hyping over the years,,,,but if he was at reserve,,, where he should be,, he would do a decent enough job. The problem with the poorly built team,,, is that he has to do a good job in a position he shouldn't be in
-
Strangely I agree with some of you,,,,, if Heeps has to be in the team,,, which it's pretty clear he does,,,, then it should have been at a reserve position,,,, I wouldn't have a problem with that,,,, I think that's the biggest issue,,, and as Jason says would turn the team into possibly a winning one. Oh and as for Starke,, I would have said he was by far our most entertaining rider last season,,,which is why he won rider of the night a few times,, but we all see different things when we watch.
-
But do you know Heeps plays golf?
-
At home you want strongest reserve in 8 Anyway,, doesn't really matter what position they race in,, if they have good seasons we will be in the hunt,, and if they don't we won't.
-
That's cos they are wooden spoon candidate's,,,,, unless at least 2 of Heeps Batchelor or Riss have good seasons. Personally I would put Troy at 2,,, Heeps isn't the best of gaters,,,

Gotta go up to 20 I would think.
-
If you don't miss one there is a small saving to be made.
-
It's for 12 meetings,,, pairs will be extra,,,,, so 17.08 a meeting
-
This is pro speedway,,, anything could happen,,, he can probably be our number 8 and guest for the opposition in the same meeting,,, possibly even see himself racing himself in heats 2 and 8,,, Obviously it could get a little confusing if he knocks himself off,, and who gets excluded
-
Now if he had said I've had 200 telephone conversations with various riders,, that would make more sense,,, and probably not far from the truth
-
200 riders,,,, are there even that many,, let alone that many of a certain standard
-
They will think about that when it happens
-
I think they can replace any rider at any time, just like in Poland. So if you know your number 8 goes well at certain tracks,,, you are on to a winner,, and I think we may have pulled a masterstroke with Hume. Not sure if it's replacing the IRR though.
-
He probably did,,, all I was questioning is,,, I wonder if we contacted him,, or someone like that,,, if we hadn't,,, then he was never a possible. Or was it more a case of those few will do,
-
Don't say that,,, it goes against the agenda
-
Could Berge be an option at 6
-
Yes I've been invited on many occasions I dare say the price will be going up another pound next season. I see if you get a season ticket,,, it's another 25 for a seat.
-
Troy would have to improve his average by over a point just to get to where Craig would have been,,, so to see any team improvement,,, Troy will have to improve it even more. Now I wonder if we even thought about a rider like Musielek,,, on a decent average,,, is mustard around Foxhall,, would prob also have improved as well. A perfect 3rd heat leader. Would love to know if we even bothered contacting him. Anyway,,, I'm done with the situation now,, it won't change and I can't change it. So time for me to accept it,, move on and make plans.
-
But he thought Crump was worth a gamble on 8.21 and 8,,,,, tells me all I need to know. And maybe Chris didn't have the chance to gamble on Cook,,, maybe Cook said no thanks
-
I'd rather take a gamble on Cook,, any day of the week
