  1. And this is a cup match,, so don't count towards averages
  2. Doyle is as tough a rider as they come,,, a wouldn't put a flawless max out of the question. Can't believe I just bigged him up
  3. Personally I would use a guest if poss,, but I can't be bothered to look who is available. Could use RR but I think we would defo lose then
  4. Well that's what I thought,, so in my mind 2 would be better,, leaving Cam and Batch one of each
  5. Can anyone tell me,, does Riss ride out by the fence?
  6. Yes,,, winner winner, my record stays intact a bit longer
  7. If they have any sense they will cancel,, a fair few will stay away,, and there are plenty of free Thursdays to catch up
  8. It's going to be my first ever first home meeting I've missed, but the warm sofa and darts has defo won the day for me.
  9. I can't believe the speedway starts tomorrow at Foxhall,, and I have no enthusiasm about it at all,, I'm normally pretty excited. Think I may just wait till Monday at the showground instead.
  10. The 3 and 4 pairing battles will be key to who wins. Both Heeps and Kerr are better round Foxhall than their averages.
  11. Wow,, and so far you are completely wrong you clueless donut
  12. It's suddenly gone from a close meeting to an easy home win.
  13. I think what Cam is is the newer but more entertaing version of morten Risager,, and every team needs one,,, I'm a very harsh critic of his,,, but on those days at Foxhall when he is on form,, he is one of the best to watch. And that's what does my swede in about him the most,,,, he should have more days like those.
  14. Surely being in good shape would have been a contract stipulation. You wanna race for us and prove yourself? Then be in the best shape possible.
  15. Two riders,,, Heeps and Batch had different numbers on their suits to their bikes, but both involved 2 and 3
  16. Its hard to decide what is or isn't value for money. Some people love their speedway and would pay much more to watch it,,, and some stopped paying to watch it along time ago. They will never get the people who don't see any value paying ever again,, so it's about keeping the still pay to watch people paying,,, only they know their vfm price point. Will be interesting to see how the crowd holds up once the fuel cap rises. For me I think it will be my spending money watching speedway that will survive over other past times I spend money on this year.
  17. Absobloodylutely,,, it's not hard to promote something these days,,
  18. I would also start really advertising the fact that kids go free,, and make it a tag line. Compare it to other such things parents and kids do together, so it looks like a good value night out compared to say the cinema or the zoo or whatever it compares better than.
  19. Kids should always be free,,, at every track. I don't have kids, so makes no difference to me,,, but I totally agree, good on ipswich for free kids. They should be free everywhere.
  20. Problem with that is,,, the first meeting is nearly always a total bore fest on a very slick track,,, maybe though the weather may be warm enough this year to change that.
  21. Wait till next year when it's 21,22 quid,, I think this year at 20 it's a whole note,, but a whole note and change on top,,, that's when people will really start questioning it.. There will a price point where people say,, that's it,, but I don't think 20 is it,,, 21 22 maybe
