Macca no-one ever agrees with Orion, do they hun? -
There's nothing to say he will score 2-3 points a GP, Mark is a real trier, no way will he settle for second best to anyone!!! Best they make a decision soon as Tabby sleeping with JP and Me with OO is looking our best option at the moment

That's exactly what I thought last night, the Hans/Scott thing has to stop someone is going to get seriously hurt. If Hans didn't have his elbow up under Scotts armpit he could of had his own racing line and not slid down Scotts leg only to disappear under the fence. Would Hans like the chip back? So we can have our Mr Nice back. -
Well that killed the thread didn't it TNT

Had to read the whole thread before replying Iris Was going to reply to your posting there but not going to argue on this count just think it would be wonderful to see Mark in the GPs again next season.

I liked you up until that posting Mr Shovlar, roll on next Friday/Saturday oh how much of heaven would that be for the Mark fans, they gave Chris Louis a 2nd chance at Cardiff one year so why not let Mark be a wild card, get the noiseometer ready for when he appears on the tv., or on track at Cardiff or any other GP track!!!! Made me cry one year was so emotional, this lad that I've known since we were kids at Canterbury now a national hero! Who would of thought it?

If you really want to be a pain like some last year, book the hotel and then watch people struggle to get accomodation for the weekend, at the last minute cancel the room(s) you've booked as you really can't be arsed to go anyway! -
Shame on you Bryn

You wouldn't of said that if you were there Absolutely fantastic evening, cheers Chris Paul and everyone involved whens the next one, maybe for the opening of the Speedway Museum next Spring (sounds good to me!!) Might be a good idea if other tracks held a re-union there as well certainly big enough for everyone and like I say the Speedway Museum is going to be there as well....... BBQ was excellent -

Retirement Announced
shazzybird replied to BUDGIE's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
You just told Steve Shovlar off for helping someone out and you go and do this Everyone has their own opinions of his retirement and memories of Mr Rickardsson, some great memories of him from Poole, the look on my little lads face was priceless when he shook his hand in the garage en route to Poole. All the autographs that he signed for him also the hat he gave to him Many thanks for making my little lad one of the happiest kids within the sport for the last 7 years, he is now looking forward to watching theCar Racing (Just when you thought he would leave you alone ) Good luck with all your future plans and thanks for the entertainment Tony Rickardsson Six Times World Speedway Champion -
Heard the news on the replay of last nights meeting. Terrible news, I also remember Toni riding for Hackney all those years ago, only seems like yesterday. My families thoughts are with you all at this sad time. RIP Toni Kasper 1962 – 2006

Wizza... I've watched the incident loads of times now and in all honesty he probably did clip him but with all the dust (yes there was some spraying up) how they could say 100% there was a touch I don't know, I've watched all the angles and like you say there was a delay on the touch and the fall, maybe Zagar wanted a re-run to gain a different position and that was his opportunity to get it, unfortunately his bid failed. They've all tried it at some point, some have one won the decision some haven't -
Can I ask a daft question here ...... Why?
