It's certainly not over yet which is nice because it will go to the final GP, would be nice to see Grumpy win this season he's worked hard for it. (that from a non grump fan as well!)
That was probably Sue Clark she was one of the leaders of that one we just joined in (and I was only a kid back then as well ) Dick and Les were on the back straight chanting happily all night we used to go and join in with them as well at times aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh those were the days.
Nevsy out of interest did you watch Eastenders last night and here the tune they were playing to Mrs Miller for her birthday........ brought a tear to my eye
Fireblade........ maybe you could help with what Tyburn told quite a few people then the reason for his name change was that he was the last apprentice hangman is that right?
Will do Rami Kingsmead!!!!!!!!!! on another thread a little while ago can't find it now but it was reported that Jimmy Goodsell had died is this right?
Knew we could rely on you Mick to find out for us Saw Terry a while ago and he told me what he was up to so gather he's still on holiday he was hilarious at Kingsmead my mum is still using the things Dad brought from him out of his van
Does anyone know what time during the evening any of the riders took a pee and if they went with anyone else to the toilet? that's probably more interesting than hearing about another squabble that is being escalated here into a full blown scrap
I knew I'd heard the name before cheers Robyn...
That posting was really sad to read but thanks for posting it Bryn
Best regards to all of Mikes Family and Friends xx
Obviously it's just me but although our Brits didn't do anything spectacular I thought it was a really good meeting.
Has anyone the times from last seasons GP and last nights so that I can compare the times as it certainly looked fast.
Just phoned my Dad and told him the sad news, all of our family knew Jimmy well. Met Barry at Rallycross a few years ago and he was his dads double.
xx Sincere thoughts are with Jimmys family and friends from all the Hubbard family xx
1. yep (really cannot say on the forum what his brother told me sorry ) 2. As far as I know still living in Folkestone 3. Last I heard he was up the line Middlesborough way but not 100% sure
I thought exactly the same Steve, when I saw Jim at the VSRA for the first time I didn't think he'd changed one bit from when I was a kid and he was riding.
