Thanks xxxx -
If anyone thinks that someone would seriously throw a breeze block or any other misile at a rider then there really are some sad people about. I took the posting not as a threat but just how someone was feeling cheated at the time. Someone else pointed out that this will be old news soon, I don't think it will be something that will be forgotten over night though. He couldn't be that worried after all he was in the bar after the meeting on Saturday laughing and joking. As far as I know nothing was said to him only by the person he was talking to and was advising him not to go into the other bar as there was a few unhappy people in there, he took the advise and stayed put. If anyone wanted to see him there and then they should have gone to the bar and spoke to him.

Thanks for posting that SS, had me in tears by the end. Middlo you and the boys done us proud, it should of been ours we got Silver never mind it's good we made the rostrum far beyond any of the doubters wildest dreams! I for one had a wonderful time in Poole yes I was upset not to win Gold but I was there to witness Silver. Two meetings I never expected to see live and be a part of thanks Tabby and Hubby and everyone at Poole that made my stay enjoyable, yes Middlo you and the TEAM GB members included, even if I did have a Swedish fan with me (Macaulee) but even he was cheering on the lads on Saturday night!! Can I have also if it's ok have the website address for The Echo, whilst there I read it most days with Tabby and the speedway coverage was something that I've never seen in any local paper for a track. -
Phewwwwww was getting a complex then Lanzilla, thought you'd stayed away as I was in Town
-
Oh would I love to be in Poole on Wednesday night, just to soak up the atmosphere if nothing else

it's another IF If only the plank with the camera hadn't taken a picture at the moment

So basically what you are saying is that it wasn't right for the SWC to have an English referee because it was held in England just in case he was bias.................well if he was bias do you not think that when he admitted to seeing the red light before the flash in the race where Scott pulled up he would not have ordered a re-run which if he had we may have got the gate and we may have been crowned World Champs and we wouldn't have given a monkeys nut about Hans in heat 25 ............. If only the ref had been on our side

Fan's Tonight
shazzybird replied to Daniel Smith's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Just reading through I wondered how many forum members actually came through the New Stand entrance. FastGater........ yep twas I standing there floging programmes and when people were moaning about the cost £6.00 just told them they were really £5.00 the extra quid was because they made bloody good fans as the weather was hot. So you saw me but never recognised Tabby (right next to me) from the forum who stands there week in week out selling the programmes. It's her job I was just helping out with demand selling -

no i don't think he is... i think he should keep his job for another year at least Oh and I suppose you think that was aimed at the TEAM GB manager You couldn't be further away from it if you possibly tried, then again could be trying to start an argument which I really am not going to be dragged into! I have my own opinions of the SWC and the alledged goings on, for once I am keeping these opinions to myself as I am not very tactful at the best of times. All I will say is I thought better of Bacon Balls!!!!!!!!!!! Well Done to Middlo and the Lads they done us proud at Eastbourne and Poole Silver not as good as Gold but a hell of a lot better than Bronze The world is full of if onlys, if only the numpty with the camera hadn't done what he did at that moment.......... If only Vincent Vega hadn't started this thread if only................ etc etc -
