  1. Yes I agree I thought he would end up at Number One this season. Not happening looking the top 3s current stats.
  2. I wouldn't say regressed but I would say Redcar maybe isn't top his priority.
  3. Have been critical of King Charles recently (by his own high standards) but very glad to see him back to doing what he does best particularly at home. X2 for Danny King!
  4. Very impressed with my first visit to Ashfield in over a decade. Great nights entertainment on a marvellous race surface which allowed the riders to express themselves. I left the stadium buzzing. Not a fan of Nicolai Kindt but thought last night he looked really classy. He has been struggling at this level but no issues last night.
  5. Be interesting to see how the new guy goes. Honestly I know nothing about him.
  6. Course not. Nobody at Belle Vue seems that bothered. The whole thing stinks!
  7. I would argue the slashing of points limit most years is seeing a reduced quality of rider imo across the board.
  8. I don't have the stats but Bartosz is about 1020 ish and Emil is about 8.20. Big difference imo! Therefore I'm not really sure what the rush is to get Emil back in the SGP other than his name. I'd say his UK performances so far this year have been underwhelming based on what I have observed. Beaten comfortably by Jason Edwards!!!! Emil of two years ago a hundred percent - however currently not in the same postcode in my opinion.
  9. Nope neither of the Russians can cope with the King. Polish averages again prove that again in 2025.
  10. Great to see Tom Brennan winning Heat 15. Impressive to see him making the step up beating the big names. You can always rely on Emil beaten by Jack Holder 4x on a track he admittedly hates.
  11. Agreed! Maybe it is side effect of to much success?
  12. Looks like Lawson has taken himself up ANOTHER level this year. Poole are clearly the team to beat. Can't see anyone living with them over 2 legs at present.
  13. I don't think he should be oestracized. If he does the time, learns from his previous mistakes and is a better rider moving forward. Worse have come back and if the rider wins a few races (in my experience) it is soon forgotten.
  14. Very professional performance by Poole, some really solid gritty performances. Glasgow will probably need a change or two if they wish to challenge Poole. Track conditions caught some of their guys out. Not Harris no problem. Good stream and enjoyed listening to Mitchell Davey. Big improvement on Roynon and Bowen.
  15. Some refs these days seem to have a burning desire to be the main attraction.
  16. Hope it is a good meeting. Glasgow never dissapoints TBF looking forward to this.
  17. Well done Brummies thought it was a decent meeting. I thought Zagar was excellent and Jason Edwards carrying his Redcar form on too. Not sure where the blame falls between the rider/club both Belle Vue and Brady Kurtz market themselves as professional and last night they both went down in my estimation. Maybe I should taper my expectations but telling supporters an hour before really isn't good enough.
