Berwick V Glasgow Lc Sat 6/4/13 At 7p.m.

Tbh Berwick is the modern day Exeter. Even with the airfence I wouldn't fancy going for a big Jade Mudgway swoop on the 3rd and 4th Bend. I remember in 2005 Waitey had an obsession with preparing a track with one line right at the fence from Heat One. Then about May time he bought some new shale (no doubt with money out of the buckets) but regardless the racing for a couple of weeks was excellent . The Shale run out and we never saw it again. I often wonder with the track changes we made a few years ago, did hat help start the process of Berwick losing that crucial home track advantage. Berwick, now seem to have tracked a decent 7 so irrespective of what track surface they are given we should be winning our home matches. If you solely go to Berwick every week while supplementing that with a occasional dossage of the EL. Berwick by all accounts is pretty decent. I don't think an increased amount of dirt will make a difference. Great meetings at Berwick are very few and far between, enjoy them when they come, because you don't know when the next one will be -

Roll on the new season, its been a while

Berwicks track has had its critcs but tbh since we got the corporate sponsorship its probably a contender for the best race circuit in the Northumberland area

Fair point emilali... The team was signed months ago.. Any disruption may affect our assault on the title On a brighter note i am very glad to see Scott posting and showing his never-ending support and friendship to other fans of our club. It promises to be another great season with most of the action happening on the forum boards.. Cheers

I don't really care about who our announcer is. Only ever listened to Dennis anyway.. Hope Berwick do a good season (with a few passes)

Dick wont be going anywhere he's a trusted companion of the promotion, he's keen about the club and lets be honest we'd babble on the mic every Saturday if the club weve always supported paid us to do so. The racing at Berwick is one dimensional we've got a similar shape of track as Exeter. If you like seeing solely bikes going fast with minimal passing, cool. But thats not Speedway too me anyways

Just enjoy the calmness in the berwick air, Not long now until you can smell the methanol...

I'm more than willing to debate Speedway related matters. My posts over the close season have been positive because of the team, then again the usual internet biffs only highlight negatives. Berwick's team looks very good and hope people come out and support it because if they don't (if our pr's are a 100% accurate) i see the clubs future being rather bleak. This team has the capability to make it a successful season along with the big meetings. Too much attention on the promotion for my liking Just my view!

pass me a cheese grater....... Intresting pr policy from Berwick's hq. Same holywood circus as per. Hopefully the riders have a belief in the clubs ambitions and where we are heading. A few confused fans mr anderson and co

Probably because its the internet......

he got the team right

Berwick are the richest club in the world. Torun paying ryan sullivan 1,500 per point will be nothing compared to what we pay jade the blade in future times

Well be arguing again come April time. Lets just enjoy the calm
