I really hope these fixtures are re-arranged when i'm not at work.May sound a bit greedy on my behalf but i miss 4 matches anyway and if these 2 are arranged when i'm at work that's one shy of missing half the season. Bring back Saturday fixtures i say.Oh i forgot Poland rule the weekends

Depends on which forecast you look at.BBC says rain tomorrow morning until 1pm(likely to change). The Met office has it to be dry all day.Think Lynn use the Marham airbase for there forecast don't they?
-
On the BSPA website too. Bit peed off now, working next week so will miss the Belle Vue meeting. So first meeting will be Poole on the 25th which could end up in a home loss.Don't look a very good start to Lynn's season or mine.

It's rained quite a bit here too.Forecast has changed a little bit again on the BBC but that changes all the time. The met office has the weather as dry today and pretty much dry tomorrow albeit with a little rain in the early hours of Wednesday morning.Still keeping my fingers crossed to get a match this week. Guaranteed it will be lovely next week as i will be working and will miss the match

The weather forecast seems better now than it did a couple of hours ago.Rain looks to be stopping around 8am.So time for Buster to enjoy his breakfast and then has the rest of the day to prepare the track. That is of course if the forecast doesn't change again.

As many fans now can read you like a book. The usual and expected comments from you. Poole must be the unluckiest team in the league to have to face teams at when they are at their strongest at any time in their league campaigns. Funnily enough when Poole have to use R/R or a guest they are weakened. Nice one SS same old bulls**t

Tru Plant Stars v Leicester Lions: KO Cup Wed 4th April

I don't think it was postponed just because there was a chance of rain,it probably had more to do with the amount of rain we had in the week leading up to the match. -
Poole V Wolves SGB PREM A. 4th April 2018

Yes Manchester does have a lot of Muslims and you were basically saying why would you want to live there because of that, that sounds racist to me.Now you are trying to back track to put it right.Maybe you should think before posting next time so you can't get quoted on before being able to delete your post. -

Decision to call off early was correct imo.Just a bit peed that it always seems to happen when i'm not at work. Oh well i will have to watch the footie tonight.Don't know who to support,if only both could go out this round -

Hopefully all clubs promotions will now look into the forum as regards future postponements. If they can contact Steve Shovlar he will tell them exactly what the weather will do 48 hrs prior to each and every clubs home matches. He will detail exactly whether any rain will hit any tracks in those 48 hrs.And on this evidence clubs will know 100% whether to postpone or not.So thanks must go to SS for saving speedway a small fortune in the future. -
Think some of that could be down to some of the people that use them.
-
Only by the usual few. Good luck to Lambert,he wants to progress so it's good that he is gaining experience in different league.
-
Indeed, but wouldn't you chase them up and check to make sure you would be racing at the start of the season.
-
If you want to earn money you make sure yourself you are ready for the new season.Don't rely on others to do it all for you.

Poole v Somerset & Somerset v Poole. Good Friday.
tellboy replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
You go on about how good your team is,if it's that good it shouldn't matter to the riders whether they are riding the track for the first time or the 21st time.Somerset isn't a tricky track like Wolves.Good riders will ride whatever track is there to ride. It seems you have got the excuses in early again just in case Somerset do beat you. -
So his situation isn't really personal then.He should be switched on for this kind of situation, and now only has himself to blame it seems for lack of meetings.
-
Live or recorded?
-
Yes the riders would know the rules, but i think you have to give them a bit of slack at the start of the season.By all means get excluded and they will remember not to get off their bike after a few exclusions i'm sure.As regards footballers/rugby players they know the rules but they still try to get away with it. And at work again if you have done something for a while and they change it not everyone will do it right first time don't you agree.
-
He started out at King's Lynn but don't think he is an asset of theirs.I'm sure i remember him being an asset of Peterborough whether that still remains i don't know.
-
Probably the same place as Starman and Shovlar do as regards M.Ford and Poole
-
Has Trees said she likes it?
-
Just to think if Matt Ford put a realistic price on Chris Holder say £15,000,Somerset may have taken that. And then Poole could have afforded team suits for their septet.
