  1. I agree they both need replacing imo.But you saying Lynn showing lack of ambition in replacing riders again i agree, but then you say there is no one in the Championship of note who could replace Castagna and no stand out foreigner neither, what would you suggest then to replace Castagna to show ambition as you said there is no one. Edit:Coopers average changes on the 29th which takes the team average well above the 37pt mark.So make a change now imo.
  2. When the team was announced I wasn’t too pleased they had signed Cook and Castagna.Cook let us down big time last year.I always thought where he gates he stays or goes further back.I don't think I have seen him overtake anyone yet in the Stars kevlars. And the signing of Castagna blew my mind,he isn't that good in the Championship. Regards the track, that has been awful the last couple of meetings.Dust from the off and all meeting long.Need to get Buster back on it asap.
  3. Would rather King's Lynn look and try to get a foreigner in on a 4.00 at least it shows they are trying something. What have they to lose,Castagna is very poor anyway imo. Agree about the Championship, there doesn't seem to be anyone capable even of filling Castagna's boots. Just another long season by the looks off it.
  4. Why won't it change the teams average when he gains his own average?I take it won't take effect for team purposes then until July 1st. The team average for June is 36.60 and you can rebuild the team back to 37 but it has to be quick. This enables Lynn to use up to 0.4 on top of any riders average if they wish to change.Has to be done soon though.
  5. But if you could replace Castagna before Monday for instance you have a 4.22 rider instead of a 3.82.That could give you a little more wiggle room,ie some untried foreigner on a 4. After Monday if Coopers average changes immediately then you only have 3.82 to replace Castagna.Get an untried 4 pointer in now.
  6. Team average is 36.60.Cooper will get an average after Mondays meeting.I assume that comes in straight away.So they could utilise that extra 0.4 on top of Castagnas average before Monday.
  7. You would have until the end of June to replace him if you was doing a like for like replacement.Riders will get a new average from the 23rd but don't change until the 1st. Cooper will get a new average after his next match. He is still technically a 3 until Monday.
  8. More fallers than overtakes tonight going by the updates😁.Another poor result for Lynn.
  9. Dug that one out from somewhere. We always looked stronger in heats 13 and 15 the way Fricke and Kvech were going.Even more so giving Kvech had 2 races with only him in it for Lynn. Hopefully Jody isn't too bad and we see him on Thursday at Ipswich.
  10. People moaning about Cooper turning left need to be at the GP tonight.Zmarzlik and Woryna turn left very early when it stops riders from getting inside them.
  11. You won't go back to any stadium 🤔
  12. No he isn't, his average for his meetings this season is well down on his rolling average.
  13. Think Fricke's average is too high to replace Dan anyway, even with the enhanced 5% for a home meeting. For the next month anyway.
  14. I guess those who made Sheffield favourites expected alot more from Jack Holder.Had he turned up the scoreline would have been alot closer no doubt.
  15. Use to love all those finals, don't forget the overseas finals, use to be one didn't there?Getting to old to remember. Also use to live the finals, the atmosphere and tension on the night was brilliant. And getting to see the World Champion crowned on the night.
  16. Speedy recovery Dan.One of the most likeable riders about in this era.Always enjoy watching him race. Was really looking forward to watching him race at the NSS in the Gps in a couple of weeks time. Good luck in your recovery, hope to see you back on a bike soon.
  17. Maybe if Lynn had called it off on a different excuse. But if any other club can call it off the night before on a dodgy weather forecast, why can't Lynn.So your saying Lynn can run the risk of losing thousands of pounds but other clubs don't have too🤔
  18. Maybe so,but it was called off the night before on a forecast. And you said it was nice one Thursday, they just got lucky with the rain coming late on Thursday.Lynn were unlucky with the predicted rain coming a few hours later than predicted.IMO no team should be allowed to postpone a fixture the night before on a weather forecast, not just Lynn.
  19. It's a shame,I think all call offs should be done on the morning of the meeting where a westher forecast is concerned. For instance today was forecast for heavy showers here and were predicting over 80% chance. We have had very little, and that was first thing. The forecast tomorrow is better than it was today,so you would have thought they would at least wait until tomorrow morning.Although on the flip side a better forecast may be the opposite i suppose.
  20. Surprisingly, and I know it's a rolling basis and it is only on the first 2 league matches this season everyone's average has gone up bar Cook and Castagna's.Need some big scores dropping off to give us a little scope if they do want to make changes.
  21. Battered and bruised i think he said, having massage therapy for the muscles.Couldn’t hear it all properly.Hoping to be back soon, maybe even Thursday.
