  1. Agree Buster has strict budgets, but riders always got paid on time. Some other clubs were paying some of their riders willy nilly, sometimes not at all.So obviously some are prepared to take a lower rate knowing they will get paid. Was prepared to pay Pedersen 3.5K a meeting.
  2. I know nothing has been confirmed anywhere, but flagrag is a genuine honest poster if i remember correctly. So i am hanging onto that.
  3. I know i put Jorgensen down, but imo he has done what we expect of him again this season,3rd in Lynn's average home and away.KK and Klindt have been the very major disappointments imo, especially Klindt. Both of them should go really but i expect one to stay in the hope they would find the form you expect of them. But on the flip side you may keep one only to see their average sliding even further down, then with no hope of replacing them. Jan Kvech would do me if they could tempt him.
  4. I think next month you could get rid of KK or Klindt and Jorgensen for Laguta and a 5+pt rider. Laguta 8pt and an untried Dane/Czech would do. I may wake up soon,I've had a long day.
  5. Think Laguta would score the same as Klindt and KK put together away and some more,so another riders points would be extra to what we get at the moment. At home he would get the same as KK imo and the other rider you would think would score the same or more than Klindt would do at home.
  6. Remember Jakobsen and Andersen having a coming together on the back straigt, but not Jorgensen.
  7. Probably Jorgensen the way he stormed out last night, looked like he had been told some bad news. Anyway it will still probably be the same 1-7 for the foreseeable.Same old same old.
  8. There is no way at the moment you could get a no1 in for Jorgensen, team average too high.I would keep him anyway, the two certainly not doing there jobs are Klindt and KK.They were absolutely awful tonight,an embarrassment actually. If Allitt and Brady can't see that then they have blinkers on. Brady saying we will always have a very good reserve, not if Klindt or KK went there they would be beaten by Mrs Doubtfire on a push bike away from home. Edit:That will be my last away meeting for a while. When I show commitment by going and paying my hard earned money I expect the riders(not all)to show the same back.
  9. Very poor from Lynn tonight, especially the ones we expected to be poor were poor.Klindt and KK need to go.Nice to see Tofty hit a bit of form.Im sure if Pickering was there we wouldn't have been on edge wondering if we would get the bonus point. Nice to see some Panthers fans a bit happier, after all they have just beaten the 2nd worse team in the league On the way home managed to see my first live badger, can't believe how quickly they scuttle across the road. Most certainly quicker than Klindt and KK tonight.
  10. And as BB has said, only takes KK to have his usual away day blues and Peterborough will coast it.KK hasn't earned a point away from home yet,he has been gifted a few. To be honest the match swings on all riders as they have all been inconsistent to say the least.Depends on the night who can be the most consistent. The only one who should be would be Bewley a Gp star.
  11. Or Bewley 12, Basso 12, Iversen 7, Andersen 5, Cook 8, Jenkins 4 48pts ...and that maybe conservative too.Expect Bewley to go through the card really and expect Basso to have 6 rides with ht15.
  12. This will be Peterborough's biggest chance of a win.48-42 Peterborough is my guess.Lynn are absolutely pants away from home. KK loves the place, when was the last time he rode there,WTC maybe, how many years ago? Peterborough have an out and out no1 tonight in Bewley,Jenkins is back and will definitely do a job.Plus RR for Worrall which obviously makes you stronger as pretty much all Panthers fans have said he is crap, especially at the Showground. So Basso,Andersen,Cook and Jenkins can take an extra ride each.
  13. Apparently still feeling too much discomfort in his shoulder.Did i read in the programme last night he had actually broken a bone in his shoulder and something to do with the nerves. Not sure what kind of recovery time it is with that kind of injury.
  14. Hopefully get over 36 for the bonus point.I put over 38 as that is the most we have scored away so far this season.
  15. Will Peterborough get a long awaited win they have been waiting for. Can King's Lynn score above 38pts away from home. Jenkins should be back,Bewley for Pedersen,Brennan for Pickering. I think the Panthers can win this one and it will be another away day blues for the Stars.48-42 in favour of the Panthers. Unsure whether to make the trip,as it's hard enough to watch the Stars side at the NA let alone travel a few extra miles to see them under perform away.I will probably make that decision Monday.
  16. Have to agree with you Lisa.Make their top 5 stronger and this will keep Cook at 6.He is doing his bit,get rid of any of the Danes as they aren't doing their jobs.
  17. Where an earth did you get that figure from for Pedersen.Way off,a lot less than that.Halve it and you are closer to the mark.
  18. Quote from the old master that.Maybe he should have helped his old boy out a bit tonight.
  19. Didn't see the game, but that was an epic fail tonight.Should be able to defend a 4-0 lead surely.
  20. Thought you would be finger nail biting at Hillsborough tonight instead of having time to post on a speedway forum
  21. I haven't witnessed dust like that for ages. You can tell Buster no longer does the track,he would have had some water down. Two poor teams destined for the bottom two spots in the table, unless changes are made for both teams.
  22. Two very poor sides tonight who will be the whipping boys in the league.Changes need to be made to both teams for them to have any chance whatsoever of trying for a top 4 berth. Impressed with Cook though on my first viewing of him.Very good return for Lawson again at the NA.Never in doubt really he would score what a number one would score here For Lynn they were all unpredictable in what they would get from race to race bar Jorgensen and Kerr imo. Edit:sorry should have been in the match thread.
