Yes they can AFAIK,he can ride in two other leagues as well as his home league. Track was smooth it seemed, just had some grip to it.
-
Don't think what Jorgensen was saying meant Buster was in a mood.It just indicated to me to many riders wanted the track to their liking and he tried altering it when another rider threw in their opinion.Buster looked quite chilled last night you know when he isn't happy he starts to redden up.
-
I think you're under the limit in one department.
-
Think there were other riders that looked the same as Bridger or worse.Nicol in one race where Schlein even kept a nice distance behind him putting himself under pressure.Morris also looked the same in all of his.Remember the track was quite grippy last night, not like it normally is but still quite that was the reason for some riders getting a little out of shape at times shall we say.
-
I take it you haven't seen them this year, but it has to be Proctor for the chop.Bridger is showing sparks of what he can do and on a lower average than Proctor. Proctor has been woeful and I mean woeful. Get rid asap.Once Bridger gets use to it being a gripper track I think he will crack it.
-
Could it be Cook has asked to be released too.He stated last week his head wasn't in the right place and he was feeling anxious.Maybe he feels all the travelling has a part to play in this also.
-
I pay my money i think i can criticise the riders who feel aren't pulling their weight.I'm not being negative just for the sake of it like many do.Let's remember many of the negative comments come from people that don't actually attend.
-
Wow that was quick. He didn't want to be there tonight you could see that. His gating in ht 13 was atrocious,he didn't want to start with the other 3.Proctor has to follow though. How much i like Iversen i hope they aren't doing a deal with him,he seems to be going downhill pretty rapidly.I said at the start we should have had Lawson instead of Proctor hopefully that will follow.
-
Like i said in an earlier post, yes there are a lot of negative things about speedway.Don't you think though some people are just negative just for the sake of it.When Riss missed the Lynn P&P for instance it was clearly explained why, then the negative comments from the usual suspects appeared but there was no reason for it.Some people really aren't happy unless they are moaning and that's even if there's nothing to moan about. There are negative thoughts on this thread yet we have a match which has two full teams no R/R,guest or a dodgy facility(Ipswich)So i don't see why it is needed on this particular topic. That's the end of my moan.
-
I think there will be plenty going, but many posters can't be asked to come on here anymore.I can't say i blame them neither.I still love my speedway but i do get rather pi**ed off seeing some of the comments on here but i still continue posting whereas others don't.Yes there are a lot of negative things about speedway but the way some people come on here and put it across is terrible really, and i think this is what puts many people of posting now.Look at the the 2nd post for instance, what's the point
-
They pay the money,so they will have the choice.Surely that's the way it works.

With the form Douglas showed over the winter Wolves should start as favourites over the basement boys.Think Wolves have 3 decent heat leaders in the league as it is now, plus a very solid second string in Douglas and Becker.Plus a 28 year old Bacon as a rising star.If you put the riders side by side the Wolves boys are stronger pretty much all the way through.

Same as your spelling semion 5 matches in the top 2 leagues so far,4 of them have used tac subs when 6 or more behind.I wonder which one didn't. His excuse about he wanted to give his boys every opportunity to iron out their problems. So why did he take Kinsley out of a ride if that was the case. He needs to think what the fans want, and that is for the team to win,if that requires a tac sub then so be it.Before someone jumps on me,yes we want to see good racing too,but many people will return just to see a winning team. -

His excuse now for not using a tac sub in the meeting is laughable to say the least. -

Pretty sure an announcer mentioned an E/F,not sure if it was Edwin or the other announcer, may have even been the one on Eurosport. -

If Holder/Ellis were available for this meeting during the pandemic, you would like to think they should be available for all the other meetings especially as the rules are easing a bit.If it's a clash with other meetings that would be Sheffield's problem. -

Agree with everything you said, then you have to spoil it with the Ipswich win bit Star Lady,it has to be upmarket for you to attend. You often see the oldies flout the rules, they should be setting the example. Some do feel they are untouchable now. -

Where is he getting slagged off.All i did was answer all his concerns as i see it last night. You get more problems going into a supermarket or petrol station with people not wearing masks or social distancing than you did last night, and most of the stadium is in the open air where it's meant to be better according to the Government. -

Where did you get all that?Guess you weren't there. Tickets weren't available at the gate afaik, there were signs saying so.Track and trace were on the QR code weren't they. Thought capacity at Lynn was over 8000,so well within the Government guidelines. Plenty of marshalls there telling people to pull their masks up and distance.Although some chose delaying tactics. It was hard to distance with some obviously not seeing people for 20 months. All in all on that one well done Lynn.Shame about the team performance. -

Couldn't agree more Semion. There was a good crowd last night and winning means a lot.It goes with any sport, you lose at home, you lose fans at the next home meeting.Buster will be pleased with last nights takings though,no wonder there was just 50 tickets left all day yesterday,i bought 52 -

Just seen these quotes after the meeting from Shroeck.I'm a fan and i want to see my team win at the end of the day.I'm not happy when i see the team manager say that he is 'content' after a defeat to your local rivals,he felt like they went away with nothing3pts is what they went away with. And how can you be pleased overall,we lost.I hope behind closed doors he has had a few sharp words with the riders and told them to get the set ups right a bit quicker next time, not put your arms around them and say you done alright really. I can't wait to see what Allitt has to sayIt will be the same old rubbish no doubt. TEAM boss Peter Schroeck declared himself content as King’s Lynn's late flurry denied derby rivals Ipswich all four points in a 47-43 defeat. “I feel like they went away with nothing in the end, even though they got the win,” said Schroeck. The boys started to find the right set-ups and we got there in the end so I am quite pleased overall. -

Not a bad meeting in the end, some good racing and bend 4 seemed to have some super grip if you hit it right that would propel you forward an extra 20 yards. Anders Rowe, brilliant. What can you say he won Ipswich the match.Roll on the SON in a couple of years. Kinsley will struggle like most of us thought, whilst there were better riders to choose. But he is one of Allitts boys Proctor was very poor.Ok he needs more than one match, but he has to be more professional and turn up before 19:30.That was disgraceful and should be fined for that.If the match had started on time he wouldn't have And with a bit of luck we could have won with Kerr's e/f being critical. Let's not forget our poor management too,do they really know our riders.Heat 7 6pts down tac sub time,of course not.Jorgensen flying at the time, loves a wet track stick him in,no we don't want to do that.Ipswich used their noddle,i even called itDanny King ht1 R/R again loves wet track get out there get 3pts.Well done Hawkins. So a culmination of a few things and we could get better, but i do feel these will be the bottom 2 in the league.I hope they would be the top 2 and get in the final, that would be something else. Was the crowd really restricted to 1000.That's the biggest crowd of seen in a while 2,000-2,500 maybe, what do others think? -
Thank You NHS Trophy at Wolves

Don't think speedway had much of a choice really.Think they would have been much happier if most customers could still have been paying at the gate on the day.
