  1. VFM could be better now.Klindt the gater can now be replaced with Crump,King,Heeps and Allen. You would get more VFM watching Allen in one race than you would watching Klindt in 4.Can't comment on Stewart as i have never seen him race. That is cynical Bagpuss, they normally announce these things on the parade
  2. Whatever that is i don't know, but no doubt the people that do moan on here don't have it and could survive. All some people have is constant moan syndrome.
  3. I'm surprised people can't go without food for for 3/4/5 hours. There's a lot of people in this country that have to on a daily basis. And people are worried about saving a few quid to satisfy their hunger pains.
  4. Why does the Government relax the rules and say small stadiums can have 50% capacity or 4000 spectators, whichever is smaller. Then the local councils can change it.The Government may as well say to all the councils do the hell you want we won't stand in your way.
  5. Surely we don't have to print the tickets out if we have them downloaded to our phones do we?It says about printing them.I want to save the planet, anyway i should think my ink has dried out now i haven't used the printer in so long.
  6. Maybe the same order number but that barcode sqiggly looking box will be different.
  7. Probably have to be takeaway only,ie soft drinks etc from the food outlets. Then again there is takeaway that sells beer there too,are we allowed a takeaway beer.Must admit can't keep up with all the rules anymore especially the way some seem to contradict others.
  8. Maybe so,but below is what is on the ticket online page.Mind you it says that on all the fixtures. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our maximum capacity at the Adrian Flux Arena is 1000.
  9. Can't understand why we have to wear face coverings, that's what it seems to insinuate.Understand if you go inside to get food or a drink to take away.
  10. Not being funny, but why order 2 tickets for the meeting if your thoughts are elsewhere.Sorry to hear about your brother by the way.
  11. Like i said before it's always the customer that pays the increases unfortunately, whatever the business might be.The way is to stop the greedy rich oil companies maybe, but who's going to take them on though. This is where many price rises stem from imo.
  12. Why?I bet the cost to riders for their equipment, fuel and everything needed to race has gone up in the last 18 months(like everything else) so inevitably the cost per team would probably stay the same or be even more. Anyone for F1 at £300 a pop
  13. Absolutely agree.Pretty much everything has gone up in price.Bloody hell i only use to pay £6 for a haircut now it's £8 increase 33%.My Labrador cost me £650 3 years ago,a friend has just got one for £3,000.My garlic bread from F&b's has gone up 50p from 2 weeks ago and increase of 14%.Goods from the supermarkets has gone up,petrol is going back to where it was before, building materials up 30%.So yes whilst the league is slightly weaker the costs would have still gone up.Ultimately the customer pays in the end,but they have a choice.Bloody hell almost forgot got 2 bunches of asparagus from the local farm shop Sunday £7-50 no wonder they didn't have a price on it.The thing that mostly inflates prices is the cost oil/petrol/transport.King's Lynn have now raised their prices by £2 in 6 years that isn't bad at all compared to many other things.
  14. See adult admission is now £20,that will get the tongues wagging again.I will pay that as everything else has gone up.At least it hasn't doubled like some things.
  15. King's Lynn have put it out there that he will be there. It's only one person that may have worded things wrongly that makes it seem differently.Lynn shouldn't have to put things out there every time someone says something different, they could be very busy in that department if that was the case, especially if they read the forum This is taken from the Lynn news as Trees said On Riss, Allitt said: “No smoke and mirrors. Erik will be based in the UK and could have been here. The problem is the cost. Erik has got meetings tomorrow (Tuesday) and later in the week. “To get him here, to get a PCR test, book a flight, which is so expensive now... I said it’s not ideal, but he’s going to be here for the 17th. To get him in and out of the country and back again would cost £800 - and don’t forget he hasn’t earned anything in that amount of time.”
  16. It's what was said on the KL twitter that he would be there for Ipswich, although the piece in the EDP can be read both ways really so can see the doubt it puts in peoples minds.Including mine to start with.Maybe i'm reading it differently to others
  17. He is meant to be there next Monday. The way i read that is that it would have been too costly to fly him in and out for just a P&P when he has meetings in Europe this week. There was talk of Lawson instead of Riss, but as many bang on about including yourself about the lowering of standard of rider etc and yet you think the management maybe should have gone for Lawson.Wouldn't that be lowering the standard?
  18. Exactly, you can see why people don't trust Governments. They are now allowing more people to get closer together in smaller stadia than they are more spread out at larger ones.Unless it has more to do with everyone leaving at the same time which i can understand. He's there next Monday according to King's Lynn twitter i think it was.Anyway we will have Elliot Kelly on standby which we should still beat Ipswich anyway with some to spare
