  1. So is it now a case that Rick Frosts assets were just apart of the 2yr sponsorship deal and now revert back to being up for grabs to anyone without Poole having first refusal
  2. Wonder if he was apart of the Frost assets to Poole deal
  3. Be madness to have two riders from the same EL team as they would both miss so many meetings at the same time guests and R/R galore
  4. Brady Kurtz , Holder or Newman can only have one if they all ride at Poole
  5. Seems strange making a comment like that on social media when Worky haven't finished there home meetings yet , is he deflecting the fact that he wants to move on by making it seem its Worky that dont want him anyway. Even more strange hes saying that when the situation at Worky is uncertain at present
  6. Still hideous , but even worse still I recall were the multi coloured t-shirt type over garments that Sheffield wore in the nineties I think, they flapped around all over the place
  7. If it was 2000 then it was either unsold from 1999 for the year 2000 or you bought a calender of his in those hideous silver kevlar Lynn days .
  8. Would be nice to be involved again in nights like last night with the EL grand final as we had in 1999 & 2006 , cant see it happening anytime soon . Cannot believe its now been 17yrs since Thunder Crump last graced the Panthers kevlars . Dont know which I miss the most .
  9. Think the rumours all started because of Flyin Panthers post about possibly moving the thread to the EL section, which it seems may of been just in jest as a responce to another post .
  10. Ged stated in the recent press release that Panthers would race in the Premier league in 2017 quick change of mind ? Cannot see it happening unless theres a big sky carrott being dangled
  11. You've got a good chance of the title Somerset seem to have lost there edge now, your biggest hurdle maybe Glasgow be good if you bring the title back south of the border again
  12. That's british speedway for you for sure . King would have a big decision to make then Ipswich or EL and with him being British Champ he would perhaps be expected to ride in the EL
  13. Thats if the rule isnt changed again , will be hard on you Ipswich fans if you stay PL then , weird rules in speedway these days especially if this does happen to the two brits .
  14. Didnt do the figures only in head from panther 1997 posts averages , also if Ipswich went EL and King rode for them theres the chance of King instead of Cook
  15. 1 Cook 2 Bates 3 Hansen 4 Bjerre 5 Ulrich 6 Morris 7 3pointer
  16. They rode a week later and lost as expected with GUESTS think your spending to much time in that 2nd bend beer hut Didnt blame him its a factor that any team who signs him in the PL has to make allowances for
  17. Sheffield still lost the meeting Panthers needed to win . Kenneth Bjerre would of been replaced by a NL rider would Sheffield of won on aggregate with a NL guest inplace of any of there guests they used
  18. Hes a proper Marmite rider love him or loathe him hes a very talented rider for sure who can really hurt a team on track and but when he misses meetings he hurts the team he rides for just as much.
  19. The Ellis debate is strange in the fact that his 7-8pt average is understandable with his absence from the PL and his rise in scoring potential but then theres the fact riders such as Woffinden and Lindback return to the EL whilst being away for roughly the same period on there last average achieved in that league whilst both being GP regulars.
  20. Adam Ellis would be good but dont think even he would come cheap with his profile now. Josh Bates goes well at the showground Rohan Tungate has come on this season.
  21. If Geds changing his mind now on purchasing the club outright will be interesting what Rick & Julies take on all this is , they must of been thinking they had found someone at last to take it off there hands and at the sametime think its going to someone who cares about Peterborough speedway. Now it could be a case of here we go again and no doubt they could just walk away now and let the Panthers die.
