The bee all and end all is most of the riders in Panthers kevlars just aren't good enough and there needs to be a complete rethink for next season if there is to be one, this season has gone and its no good thinking any different now

They always say you need a good reserve to win silverware Panthers have four to choose from but none good enough to fill the role. Yes we used to rely on the Witches for the Flatman Hines Gooderham Hunt & Lanhams of this world but stealing Andersen & King were fun times

Morris & Holub are scoring fairly similar to the Ipswich reserves but Grondal and Perry are both underperforming then Ulrich and NBJ have been inconsistent . NBJ has been a disappointment hes not improved as expected , yet at Lynn hes seems highly regarded .

Cook is just one man and one man dont make a team he will most probably miss the play offs anyway riding for Belle Vue No hes picked up a few paid wins but hes just as bad as Konopka was

Holub is just Knopka part 2 Peterborough dont have the pull anymore to attract the better up and coming riders from the UK or overseas they get the scraps

Perrys loss of form shows the problem with the #7 protected rider he did so well to achieve his average from reserve but with him moving into the 1-5 its to big a jump for them if it happens , can they drop him now as that would mean another Stokes esq type of rider having to come in , think its a case of having to stick it out now and there a victim of his early season success at reserve .

Didnt look at averages so any newcomer if Morris is not retained coming in would go to reserve.

Morris is on a 28 day contract anyway but hes done ok in the res berth it is a dilemma for sure Tom Perry really needs to be back at reserve but that would mean no doubt Morris losing his place.

So with it confirmed that Simon Lambert will miss the rest of the season with his injuries and the management looking to revamp the side, whos out there to take his place or can be fitted in with other adjustments
