Mate, there's a lot of regular fans at Poole that don't go every week now, due to expense. So they pick there meetings.You have to ask the question, if Speedway charged a tenner for every home EL meeting, would you get regular big crowds ? Its the same old story, what you lose on the swings you gain on the roundbouts and all that ie club shop programmes etc. But on the flip side, how many clubs would be running if you dropped it to a tenner, my guess only half what we have now .

Mate, you can look at that 2 ways, yes Golmolski at times is hard work, and we all know that he has a problem with the small tracks, on the flip side he is still riding above his average, so you can really ask no more than that. But i really wouldn't worry. Trophies are not given out till end September..

Im not sure what sort of effect brakes would have travelling at 60mph on shale. And in a situation like last night i doubt there was much either rider could do. Brakes imo would have been no use at all.

No, because you have to put a reasonable amount of water down even on a tempary track otherwise it will just run slick and dusty. Have a look how Buster prepares your track. He should do his last run about an hour before the meeting, and on a real hot day drown it.
