you have no idea whatsoever regarding Ellis. i'd have him at the club 100%. i'm guessing if Riss (for example) has a bad meeting it's because he may have stopped off at Burnham-on-Sea for a day and has Somerset connections. and for the record, Adam Ellis apologised to me after the meeting last week as he felt bad.
