I think it's to cover everyone, and all clubs should stick together on this. the potential is always there to lose a rider any night of the week for rearranged fixtures in Poland

this is trouble waiting to happen. as mentioned, the riders that anticipate a start (and don't touch the tapes) will be getting warnings and excluded, big problems with referees where there might not be a tv to watch back, and big problems with supporters getting even more frustrated
