Zagar slowed down the back straight when in front, he would blasted right around the outside on bends 3 and 4 and out of site. At worst he would of oocupied holder for a while meaning cook would of won the race ending the meeting before your heat 14 ef. Belle vue won and deservedly so. Also both cook at worrall tested new engines and set ups on heat 15 with the match won. Im told they are not true. Let's be honest most rumores are false.

I have a feeling belle vue will pick wolves in the semi, for financial reasons. If Swindon finish 4th it's not as big a gamble but if lakeside finish 4th not picking them would be a big mistake. No we will pick wolves imo

Great meeting and top of the league happy days. Fricke was a big miss for BV if he would of rode it would of been 10 point win. Also Tungate was much better than hans, put him in tonight and it would of been a hammering. Also cook tried a new engine in hear 15 with the result done, zagar didn't have his fuel on in heat 13 he was leading when his bike started to slow and would of won the heat imo, all in all I think Poole were lucky to get so close tonight.

This post makes total sense. Nobody can surely argue with this. The product at Belle vue is superb, but the PR, marketing and promoting is no existent.

Belle vue is more than viable atvthe current stadium, but under the right owners. No doubts the opening meeting cost us. As for owing money every club is behind when paying riders. Its speedway its what happens, not great but its always been the case. What i can tell you is our riders will be paid in full as always. As for rumors i can tell you 95% of them will be false. But as ive stated i believe we need new owners with fresh ideas to take us on to the next level.

Belle Vue stronger now nicholls is in, i hate r/r, Should be cracker of a meeting. As for advanced sales i did say about 75% pay on the day but i wasnt counting season ticket holders. Im certain that those advanced sales on the website include season tickets. I think for the playoffs though a lot will buy in advance me included.

Advanced ticket sales were bound to drop as people realised that buying on the day made no difference. First few meetings i bought in advance, now im used to the stadium and used to buying a ticket on the day i now do that as its easier. I would suggest that a lot who uses to buy in advance now buy on the day.

Im going Monday i will get my ticket when i get there as will 75% of the crowd so why anyones bothered about advanced ticket numbers i will never know. The crowds this year have been good mostly, and i would say up there with most in the league apart from Poole. But i agree with Steve 100% our promotion dont promote, they sit back and just expect everyone to turn up. They are legends for delivering us this amazing stadium but i feel we need new owners to take us to the next level. Maybe someone on the south coast will make a bid

No doubts belle vue are weakened without fricke and nicholls. Paddy is a good guest but Fricke is superb round belle vue.

I agree the promotion needs to be so much better, but the crowds are better than last year overall, but thats not because of promoting as there isnt any. As for advanced sales, most including myself pay on the day and always will do. The Aces have a great stadium and great track and an excellent team, the management need to do better.

Winning is the priority. Play offs will be a big crowd anyway, nothing to do with woffiden riding.

Belle vue need to beat poole, Swindon doesnt matter. But if poole beat belle vue they are then clear favourites.

I disagree that anything more than a semi is a bonus. Anything but winning the title this season will be disappointing, whats fun about losing a semi final.

Race for top spot is down to monday. Belle vue win they finish top, poole win and they should finish top. A draw and belle vue should finish top.

The cov match was done by 9:30 which considering a lenghty delay for Chris Harris fall then thats pretty good. Nothing to moan about imo.

To be fair most of belle vues home meetings this season have been completed quite quickly.

As an Aces fan i have zero issues with Scott scoring well tonight, in fact i hope he goes unbeaten and poole lose. We relied on Harris scoring well for us last season when Zagar was injured, its speedway.

Off topic but what are the play off dates cant find them anywhere? Im assuming 19th sept will be semi leg 1?

Poole are in poor form away, i can't see them getting much from Wolves.

Steve wind your neck in the crowd was over a 1000 at least last night stop this 200 nonsense, i dont care how you watched heat 15, i was there. The back straight was very busy and always has more fans than the home straight. Poole have great crowds but they dont have much to compete against, can you imagine if poole football played in the champions league on the same night? As for the meeting itself the racing was excellent and Kings Lynn were deserved winners and deserved the 4 point win. Not sure why Belle Vue were so bad im hoping it was just complacency. As for the race for top spot i think the Aces have to win all remaining home matches and possibly pick up a point away at poole. Monday is key, lose to poole and we wont finish top.

Surely its a no brainer for wolves to bring woffy in? It would of been a disgrace if he had gone to poole for the play offs, but no issue with wolves seeing as hes a club asset.

Of course its a good point, lakeside are excellent at home and its probably our worst away track, with our number 1 missing. Not everything is about bloody Poole.
