The majority of the silly points money in the NL is down to certain clubs not so much the riders. thats why there are so few NL clubs.

I dont think so, just want ppl to be realistic about the team, if the U21 was the focus you would be better hiring a continental track and practicing as british tracks are nothing like the big continental tracks.
