  1. The new promotion at Plymouth of Laurence Rogers and Mark Phillips have been very open, frank and honest with people on the Plymouth Speedway Forum and seem very genuine in their responses and willing to help where possible. Quite refreshing in today's world.
  2. Zmarzilk £50 more Janowski £50 more Lindgren £50 less Good luck Woffy
  3. I thought I read somewhere that the British team was Lambert, Ellis, Bates, Perks and Bewley.
  4. Saul Bulley rides for Swindon tonight at 6 according to Swindon website.
  5. I know what you mean Ben. Personally I find it strange that a press release regarding a single match is put on the Rye House2017 thread and not on the particular meeting thread.
  6. A Rye fan living in Cornwall. Watched the meeting at the OTA, remember commenting about most of it being FTG. Yes we had some very good races, but not every race( Nicholls superb). Some were quite spread out. Miss my weekly visits to Rye. You can't beat live speedway.
  7. Are Gravasen and Tungate still able to guest for other teams? as they don't have any other attachments.
  8. Zager £100 more Lindgren £50 more Dudek £50 more Good Luck to Woffy
  9. Mr Schroeck was heavily criticised last season with regards to some bad decisions, he appears not to have learnt from them.
  10. Lindback £40 more Pedersen £40 less Woffinden £40 less hope i can make it to round 2 this year
  11. A injured rider can covered by the I/R/R rule during the meeting if the rider has to be replaced due to a NEW injury taking place. A good rule IMO when used correctly, not sure where a migraine fits into the rules. I certainly wouldn't want to ride a speedway bike with one.
  12. Apart from Ryes rain-0ff kings Lynn fixture, as far Branford and Perks are concerned all Ryes fixtures are originals so Rye have priority, but with Wells the same fixtures are counted as rearranged fixtures and Edinburgh have priority. If Edinburgh have to cancel and rearrange in the future a fixture, will Rye then have priority over Wells?
  13. What's the point of the priority list, if you then ignore it and change it to whoever signs the rider 1st.
  14. Thanks , just seen your answer, hope you're right.
  15. i believe this is ruling regarding doubling up riders, but how does this relate to Ricky Wells this season in fixture clashes 16.1 Fixtures shall take priority as follows: FIM SGP, SWC, SGP Qualifying Meetings, FIM U21 World Speedway Championship Meetings, FIM Europe U21 Championship, British Championships (Senior, Junior), BSPA Shared and Fee Events, Official Competitions: 1. SGB Premiership; 2. SGB Championship; 3. National Development League. NB. Non-Official Competitions have no priority over any of the above. A Rider must be released to take part in a higher priority Meeting, unless he is “Doubling Up”, in which case the priority for a clash of Official Meetings is as follows: - 1) The Original Fixture if there is a clash with a re-arranged Fixture 2)1st priority to the owner of the rider 3) 2nd priority to the previous season club 4) 3rd priority to the league in which the owner club is a member.
  16. Who will have priority when Edinburgh and Rye fixtures clash? No idea who owns Ricky's contract.
  17. I've just got the bug back for going, if they sign Mear they won't see another penny from me until he's out of the team again. I'd actually rather see Boxall, that's how strongly I feel about it. Glad you got the bug back again. Miss my trips to Rye, only see 2 meetings in total last year. Went to Plymouth NL last week for opening night and it had a real good feeling about the place. Typical NL meeting lots of falls and 3 or 4 really good races, hope to make it regularly as it's only a 55 min drive away. Steve Boxall went through the card pretty easily but then should as he is on a 10+ average. Henry Atkins 16yr old Plymouth reserve looks a name for the future.
  18. Does anyone know who owns Ellis Perks contract?
  19. The Rye House website says that Rye are allowing Rob to ride for Sheffield on Saturday, which to me indicates that Rye do have 1st call on him. No idea regarding Ellis.
  20. Shouldn't this post be in the Rye House v Swindon match thread?
  21. Sure I've watched him do his famous donut somewhere. Only been to Wolves twice, a U21 or U18 meeting which Branford won and a Gary Peterson memorial meeting which I think was the year NBJ rode or it could have been Linus.
  22. Pretty certain thatSkornicki has ridden Rye. Sure I remember seeing him doing one of his famous donuts on the home straight, some years ago .
  23. With hopefully each team to be shown at home at least once during the league season
