Shouldn't this post be in the Rye House v Swindon match thread?

Rye House V Wolverhampton Sat 1st April
iand replied to Dave Stummings's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Sure I've watched him do his famous donut somewhere. Only been to Wolves twice, a U21 or U18 meeting which Branford won and a Gary Peterson memorial meeting which I think was the year NBJ rode or it could have been Linus. -

I did see that meeting, so you probably are right. -

Pretty certain thatSkornicki has ridden Rye. Sure I remember seeing him doing one of his famous donuts on the home straight, some years ago . -
With hopefully each team to be shown at home at least once during the league season
-
Nice idea, but would you give a ride to someone who hasn't ridden for a while, when ANother rider who is on top form knocking in the points for fun and is available . All clubs should be having that win at all costs mentality.

How many of last years riders are owed money ?
-
Prem 32 league fixtures, Championship 36 league fixtures, hardly that much difference. Even If the rider during the season was doubling up between the 2 leagues and had priority with the Prem club, I'm sure he would then ride more matches for them, you only need 2 fixtures to clash during the season to alter the balance.
-
Sure I read on another thread that the rider would ride for which ever club he mad most appearences for during the season, which make sense to me.

Does any one have a link to who is in this years Australian Championship?
-
No this a thread for the Rye House BMR Rockets, Lakeside still race at Thurrock but are now a National League team. You will find them in the National League section under Lakeside 2017.

Is this the Rye House thread?

Bowtell left the end of 2015 season, what a season that was, followed Hume and Bowtell alot in their 1st season, both so raw and fast but couldn't gate but were so fast but had so much trouble completing 4 laps , both lads never knew when to give up. Bowtell seemed to struggle in the Mildenhall team last year where as Hume blossomed at Brum. Hunter looked a good prospect at the end of 2015, more smooth than the other 2, but struggled with injuries in 2016. Hope all 3 do well next year.
-
i also read somewhere( believe it was on the Wolves thread) that when it comes to the play offs, the rider would ride for which ever team he had made the most appearances for that season( which does sort of make sense).
-
Thought I read somewhere that if a rider was an assert of neither club that the club who he rode for the previous season took priority, new rule introduced this season.
-
Surely Rye have 1st priority with Branford as he rode for us last year
-
Got my 2nd choice so looking forward to a good season, hope to get to some matches next year. Probably end up doing more away matches than home ones.
-
Yeah could have had Karger back on a 5 again.
-
Connor signed for Ipswich as well, so can't see him doing all 3 leagues this season. Jye Etheridge had a try out last year. Available on a 3 average , perhaps he is our man!!
-
Not sure if Ht15 results count towards the averages.
-
Out of that list I would prefer Zach,Ellis or Danyon in that order. If we went down the 2pt pointer route . Jack Parkinson Blackburn or Jack Smith seem to be the only 2 worth looking at.
