What surprised me was that 3 riders weren't excluded from heat 13 for leaving the track after an unsatisfactory start, the ref called them back immediately and put the 2 mins on and only Nicholls stayed out on the track. It would have been farcical but rules is rules

I've only just become a semi-regular at Belle Vue (would help if they didn't keep getting rained off!) as I'm working away from home in the area for a while and I must say one thing that has struck me about the place is the average age of the punter... and it doesn't bode well for the future of the club! I'm no spring chicken myself but I'm shocked at the lack of younger people attending. I wonder why the sport attracts young participants but not a young crowd?

I think they could be a bit more innovative with some of their angles, the coverage hasn't really come on in the last 15 years

I think it could mix things up from the starts a bit, maybe introduce an F1 style random tape release between 1 and 5 seconds after the green light goes on. Or, and this is radical, do away with tapes all together, green light and go! As a cov attendee I regularly have to put up with Garrity, Sarj and Robbo guessing the starts and being pulled back for restarts

The amount of re-starts these days due to starting infringements is getting ridiculous.is it time to let riders push the tapes again so as to stop the constant restarts

What a joke! Did the track get worse between 6pm and 7.45? The roads outside the excuse for a stadium were totally dry!

and a whole lot of wasted time in trying to find a stream that eventually works was looking at this myself... does anybody know if you can mirror this from your mobile device to your TV... I know SkyGo blocks this feature

anyone know where/if this is streamed, I'm away from home tomorrow night and would like to watch it on my phone/miracast. SkyGo doesn't allow miracast :-(
