  1. Didn't expect an away heat advantage in that race. Looks like we can get some good racing tonight hopefully. I've sent links to a couple of you via message/PM or something lol. I so not got the hang of the forum yet!
  2. If Vastervik are to have a chance they'll likely need Chris Harris to have a good meeting?
  3. Heads up we got a bonus match this week on Premier Sports TV with Swedish racing live tomorrow as well. With, i think, a Danish match being available online at the same time it will ease the often lengthy tractor time-outs that one suffers. BST time will be Danish match at 17:30 and Swedish at 18:10
  4. For goodness sake man.....the speedway....concentrate on the speedway lol. Then again i guess these ladies are a very welcome addition to speedway nowadays and a full part of a meeting. Was one of the more pleasant surprises upon my return after a good decade or more away from the sport. Approve!
  5. I don't need it at all, the main intention of the thread was to alert our overseas fans should they be unaware of it. Only i note there are lots of requests for non-official streams during GP's. Incidentally, when more than one sport is on the Speedway always goes takes pride of place on the TV and the other sports i use Sky Go for. Also, just idle curiosity for myself with regards cost, geographical availabilty and quality etc. Most sports sites will give a list of where, or where it isn't, available. But i couldn't find any such info whilst browsing earlier. I get the "this stream is not available in your location" message. Like i say it's not for me anyway i subscribe to Sky TV . I can obviously circumvent the restriction if i wished but i don't need to.
  6. Not received my email from Premier Sports yet but as far as i can gather team line-ups for the televised meeting are Vargarna Lee Richardson Kim Nilsson Peter Karlsson Michal Szczepaniak Nicki Pedersen Anders Mellgren Danil Iwanow Vastervik Davey Watt Jurica Pavlic Chris Harris Daniel King Peter Ljung Mikael Max Pontus Aspgren Currently Sportowefakty and the official svemo.se site have the same details. Incidentally this week on Premier Sports TV we have racing live tomorrow as well. With, i think, a Danish match being available online at the same time it will ease the often lengthy tractor time-outs that one suffers. BST time will be Danish match at 17:30 and Swedish at 18:10 ##################################################### Donut on page one of this topic are many details of the Swedish League including rules. UPDATE: I just visited page one and unless i'm looking too hard i can't see the match rules regarding tactical subs etc. But they are within this thread and possibly recently too. Try scrolling back a few pages. Ghostwalker if you get to read this is there any reason why you haven't included the Premier Sports TV link? We have another guaranteed TWO years of live weekly coverage.
  7. I have done a forum search but it doesn't come up with any results. I do find it difficult to believe that there hasn't been a thread on this. I must be using wrong search terms or something? Whilst it's not available in the UK, i presume all our overseas friends are fully aware of the official GP stream. Out of interest and presuming it streams the GP's 100% live does anyone know..... What the quality is like? What sort of pricing is involved do you pay per GP or for the whole series? Living in the UK and a subscription channel Sky covering the meetings means it isn't avaialbe over here but what about Poland and Denmark etc don't that have subscription channels doing the GP's and therefore must also restrict viewers from those countries? If a thread was started a while ago that answers these questions anyone got a link to it?
  8. Take care all. I'm well pleased i caught sight of this thread the other day love seeing Speedway in other countries and no inkling such coverage was available with a fine stream quality.
  9. Well after the first two viewings the Danish League has not provided the greatest excitement so far. Hopefully it's early days and we'll get plenty of good stuff as we go along. Seeing as i haven't paid travel money and admittance fees i'm quite relaxed about it, especially as we're getting to watch it totally free of charge and an excellent quality feed. I think we're due back Wednesday for Denmark and Sweden tomorrow, hey this is like being a speedway rider a different country every day!
  10. Guess Mikkel B not just going through the motions judging by his post race reactions then.
  11. Lol i so held back from a similar comment before whilst unsuccessfully trying to fit their rear ends into super widescreen mode.
  12. Glancing at the folks in the crowd it seems a little like the UK in that there appears to be a lot of older fans than young ones. Hope Speedway not going to go extinct in the years to come lol. Don't do that! Hate it when riders stay motionless for so long after a crash. Admittedly they are likely trying to get their wind back or take stock of themselves, but does make one worry until they move or wave.
  13. Before, during and AFTER the floods in the UK last week hosepipe bans still apply in those areas that got flooded. There is an explanation as to why that happens, however, i'll keep to the speedway for now rather than bore you with the mechanics of the weather and more specifically the 'wrong type of rain' that fell. Incidentally, whilst my Danish stream is excellent having an awful time trying to post in the forum here.
  14. Touch wood i'm not tempting fate but absolutely no break-ups on video or audio so far. Then again i think our internet feeds are routed considerably differently across the globe from Denmark. Hopefully it was just a blip for you.
  15. I'll refrain from naming names lol but.....at some tracks in UK you have enough time to read War and Peace in between the heats lol.
  16. Good job i'm playing poker whilst watching as this is quite an interlude already.
  17. Was just about to mention that i wish tv cameras at speedway meetings would pan towards the main stand. In England especially the 'crowd' is usually concentrated in the stand above the starting line. Often the back straights and corners are sparsely populated so it makes it look as there is a lower crowd than it actually is.
  18. It says...... "You should not have clicked on the video box, your computer will self-destruct in 10 seconds...10...9...8..."
  19. Triple Wow and add a nooooooo!.......i must be getting old as they do say it's the eyes that go first. I can no longer tell the difference between a steel pipe and a guitar, no wonder i got muted applasue the last time i was on a stage......toooooo much. Oh well at least i invented a new genre of music 'steel pipe rock'. I've not totally 'lost the plot' though it really does look like a guitar, especially the black of the camera etc. Then again, i was always the kid that saw different shapes in the flickering flames of a fire or the clouds to what others saw lol. I hear a tune in my head now "they're coming to take me away today hee hee, they're coming to take me away to the funny farm etc." I am so totally without any form of a defence on this one.
  20. Lol, ok i let Wikipedia do it they'll be more succinct than myself..... Shred guitar or shredding is a lead electric guitar playing style, based on fast guitar solos. Critics have stated that shred guitar is associated with "sweep-picked arpeggios, diminished and harmonic minor scales, finger-tapping and whammy-bar abuse", while other guitar writers say that rather than being a musical definition, it is a fairly subjective cultural term used by guitarists and enthusiasts of guitar music. It is usually used with reference to heavy metal guitar playing, where it is associated with rapid tapping solos and special effects such as whammy bar "dive bombs". The term is sometimes used with reference to playing outside this idiom, particularly bluegrass, country, jazz fusion and blues.
  21. Oh well i'm quite happy to let my words be published and let others see what they see. However, once again the phrase comes to mind "give 'em enough rope etc." 'nuff said end of convo
  22. Wow that was one of the worst Google Translations i've seen in a while, it must have been having an off day. I used to have a German girlfriend and can comprehend to a fair degree articles written in German but i usually also run them through Google Translate afterwards. They normally are quite good in their translation. Hey f-s-p who's that picture of in your icon?
  23. Not sure if you were just giving the link having found it or actually involved in it's operation, but many thanks. Seeing as he is 'only' 41 years of age i wonder which UK Elite League side is likely to be the first to approach Billy Hamill for a return to these shores? I appreciate there was a 'lesser' quality of riders that took part in today's meeting in comparison to main international events but he's got to be light years ahead of the typical Polish riders that Belle Vue sign. They have the uncanny knack of finding the only people in Poland (includes the general populace including Grannies etc.) not capable of scoring in speedway lol.
