BWD being out injured for a year and a half constitutes 0.5point average reduction, some will say Godfrey's making the rules up to suit himself but I don't believe there are any rules regarding average reassessment.
Crump's 2019 Premiership average conveniently dropped from 8.21 to 8.00 so he could just enter the Championship on a 12.00 average. Is that not in the best interest of Speedway?
I am guessing there has been a rule change as his average should be higher, making him ineligible for the championship. Anyone with an average higher than 12 must come in on a 12point average, making the Championship open to anyone.
I thought the conversion was..... Premiership was 60% of Championship average. If crump had a 9 point Premiership average he would have 15point Championship average.
Draft only, with several amendments expected pending Plymouth’s application to join the Championship and the withdrawal of Somerset.............http://www.fim-live.com/en/library/
I think Scunny will have to wait until April/May when continental riders will be more willing to commit to the UK if they know there is no quarantine between Poland and the UK. If the league does start in May it could be with crowd restrictions, would all clubs start with a 50% crowd capacity? If there is a drop out or two there could be plenty of spare riders.
