  1. I have been saying all year that its insane having a slick track with the riders Scunny have. Ok there was a possibility of rain but It has been slick all year. Are the riders requesting these track conditions?
  2. I would keep Ben Barker, might not be as good as Jason at the EWR but I think he is probably better on the away tracks. If Scunny are going to reach the play offs they are going to need to win away at least once more, Berwick and Birmingham are the best chances both tracks Barker would be handy at.
  3. 4.52 for Bailey's replacement, it said in the local paper..... “Even though we lost to Sheffield, it does bode well for later on, when are looking to make a change and then things should come a lot easier, certainly at home." Could we see the return of Wilko or s.lambet .
  4. Any news on how long Garrity is out for with his broken hand.
  5. 3 weeks for a broken hand seems a tad optimistic.
  6. I thought last year Sweden had really good attendance figures, I think a big factor is the weather on a Tuesday evening. Yet some clubs still struggled financially, seems like some of the Swedish clubs spend beyond their means, I guess this year will be no exception.
  7. Garrity has a broken hand, do Scunthorpe make a double change? List/wilko and Ostergaard or S.Lambet and a foreign 7 pointer Andreas lyger?
  8. The racing was decent but the scunny riders need some dirt on the outside. Kinsley is capable of beating some quality riders like Scott Nicholls but on the track like that he was second best to the fairly weak Somerset reserves.
  9. Don't think we should rush into signing a rider if we got 28 days, Bailey got a 3.18 average.
  10. How long can we use guests for him?
  11. I wasn't there last night but on the two occasions I have visited it has got dusty, I still think it is one of the better tracks in the country.
  12. Scunny can't progress now as Eastbourne have a better points per meeting average.
  13. Did anyone notice the bump on the inside of the 3rd/4th bend that the riders kept picking up on.
  14. It would have taken 5mins to wizz round with the bowser.
  15. The racing was average at best by Scunthorpe standards, track should be have been prepared for the home riders. All the Scunthorpe riders apart from Bailey love to race the outside line, Edinburgh only had Heeps and Pickering that were really prepared to stick it on the outside.
  16. I know it was cold but no track grading cost Scunny points, the dirt had gone too wide by about heat 10 and then it became a ride the white line track. With the riders Scunny have there should always be a wide line.
  17. I thought we might have given him a few more meetings, although options might be limited when new averages come out.
  18. If this was in the uk it would have been abandoned, I thought polish tracks were supposed to be better prepared.
  19. The announcer in the box is not the clearest, I am not sure if he is holding the microphone too close to his mouth or he just mumbles.
