  1. Michelsen is probably the best rider outside the GPs apart from the Russians, unlucky not to get a wc. Will Parnitskyi do the World under 21s the day before the GPs?
  2. I guess the FIM will turn a blind eye when its America starting the illegal war.
  3. Well done to the BSPA for giving Northampton every chance to come into the league. Its a good job they don't listen to some of the people on this thread.
  4. Welcome to the forum, whatever happens the BSPA is getting it in the neck.
  5. Paramount has bought Discovery, is that good or bad? Any chance they will show British speedway on TNT this year?
  6. Could Ipswich host a GP in the future with Mayfield being the promoter of both the club and series?
  7. Come the 1st of May, Godfrey needs to make a ruthless move to use up the 2+ points available. Ablitt/lambo for Worrall/Voulas.
  8. Scunny first meeting on 22nd of March then only 1 fixture in April surely that means a return of the CLRC.
  9. swindon supporters club posted the following........... No dates yet for either SBC or Wilts Council Planning Committee decisions on the Abbey Stadium and Studley Grange planning applications. Speedway fan feedback on the Abbey Stadium plans has been very light in numbers! As previously mentioned, it is VERY important that followers of the sport feedback on the plans, and express how important retaining a speedway facility is to them and the town - a lack of feedback suggests to the Council that people don't care! Don't lose speedway in Swindon for ever through apathy, make your voice heard today! Send an email to SDevelopmentControl@swindon.gov.uk stating you object to planning applications S/25/1177 and S/25/1182. Help with planning reasons for your objection can be found in the downloadable document at the foot of this link https://www.swindon-needs-speedway.com/abbey-stadium... ANY HOPE OF A SPEEDWAY FACILITY IN SWINDON IS VERY LIKELY TO BE LOST IF YOU CONTINUE TO DO NOTHING! PLEASE ACT TODAY! SHOW SBC WHY THEY MUST REJECT THESE PLANS!
  10. Reading between the lines the rugby club has paid off the stock cars so they can widen the pitch, astonishing really as something similar happened in the past.
  11. No Lambet at Scunny this year, 360 podcast.
  12. Northampton would be better off putting a fence on the inside of the earth mounds, the track would be smaller but a much better shape for speedway.
  13. I thought last year worked quite well. They may try to get it in before Polish league starts, the last weekend of March.
  14. 9.51 points left to play with according to confirmed signings. Is Josh Pickering 11.46?
  15. Yes he would fit regardless of whether he gets a further reduction.
  16. I am not sure it will be the same, Czestochowa and Grudziadz have no Sunday fixtures, Gorzow only 2.
  17. How do you know what day a particular Extraliga meeting is on? Friday or the Sunday?
  18. I am not sure quite how the team will start out but in May I think it will look like.... 1 Pickering 2 Harrison 3 MPT 4 Mountain 5 Voulas/Worral 6 Lambert/Declan/Abblit 7 Ingram.
  19. Anyone know why they can't tell us what day a meeting is taking place? Friday or Sunday? when will this be announced?
  20. So the rumoured team is....... 1. Josh Pickering 11.46 2. Luke Harrison 4.97 3. Abblit 4.91 4.Connor Mountain 5.96 5. M. P. Toft 6.1 6. S. Lambert 4.48 7. Ryan Ingram 2.00 Total 39.88 Pickering's last Championship average was 9.42, Scunny will have a further 2 points to play with on the 1st of May, they will need to make a ruthless change early if they are going to be competitive.
  21. Another early finish for some teams, only 11 guaranteed fixtures.
  22. Most top riders will go in 2027 because Poland is introducing the rule, 'a rider can ride in 1 league other than Poland'. In the future it will probably be just Poland.
  23. If Poland make the football world cup, their first game will clash with the Wroclaw GP.
