  1. I don't know Should be written Gniezno of course. It's the train ticket price. The ticket for the match costs 18 zl (£3) so not much more
  2. Yeah, why not? I don't know the start time (4, 5, 6, 7 pm ?) For those going to Gniezno to watch the match against Gorzow - it starts at 16:00. Suggested train: Bydgoszcz dep 13:12 - Gniezno arr 14:35 time: 1:22 hrs distance: 102 km ticket price: 16 zl (~2,75 gbp)
  3. Got a big request. Could anyone from you coming to Bydgoszcz copy me dvds with: - SGP Cardiff - SWC Reading (race off & final) - SGP Malilla recorded from SkySports? Of course I'd pay back for the dvd-r discs and stand some drinks at Brda/Chesterfield as well If anyone could do me this favour please pm me.
  4. Thanks see you next year, hopefully already in Cardiff.
  5. Yeah, that's right. Forgot about such thing like a taxi
  6. ..with a crappy stadium LOL, I know the place, real outskirts of the city inhabited mainly by elder people. My grandparents live there, spent lots of my childhood there. My grandpa worked nearly 40 years in that chemical company so it's not that dodgy as it might look Brzoza is a small sh!thole near Bydgoszcz. Don't know if hotel "Brzoza" is in the village of Brzoza but if so - it's definitely not close the town cetre (about 5 km from the Bydgoszcz outskirts).
  7. I don't think you'll get any 100% confirmed start times earlier than one week before a meeting.. They don't have lights at the stadium in Gniezno so I guess it shouldn't start later than at 1600. But it may be 1500 or 1700 as well. You have to wait but if I were you I'd plan something +/- 1 hour around 1600.
  8. As many as you can afford to sign.. There's no limit apart from max 2 GPs riders in each team.
  9. Just type "Bydgoszcz" in the search area in this sub-forum. So much so many times have been said so far...
  10. Respect for Crump of course but it was not hard to be unbeaten against the 'team' of Tarmow last Sunday..
  11. Should be: Congrats to Wroclaw. Tarnow have been so pathetic recently...
  12. Poland: 6 & 7 must be riders U-21, 8 must be U-23. We don't have any CMAs etc. so you can put anyone in places 1 - 5, of course including U-21s. Sweden: no idea
  13. And that's how united forces of Polonia Bydgoszcz Net Fans and Ultras from Polonia celebrated this victory: http://video.google.pl/videoplay?docid=-7739143277189411515 http://www.bydgoszcz.gra.pl/reportaze/plik...ecie.php?o=2858 I'm proud of mates Hopefully we'll be able to make some good show celebrating Gollob's 5th in a row win in the Bydgoszcz GP..
  14. 4 times in a row is enough for me to be really sure.. Despite some crappy performances in SGP recently he's still the only king of the Bydgoszcz track and all things being well (I mean no ef's etc..) I cannot see another winner He's too young but next years - who knows?
  15. Emil was noticed by AJ when our Swede rode some matches in Russia in September last year. Andreas suggested signing this 16-y-o Russian and so the management of Polonia did. I had not heard about this rider before so I thought it was gonna be one of those to 'learn' riding on Polish tracks, to do some u-21 meetings etc. - just a rider you take while thinking about the future and having nothing to lose signing a contract with. I didn't expect anything more than 2-3 points in a league match from him. But as it turned out he's very well-skilled and so far it's been definitely one of the best deals of Bydgoszcz ever (we signed him for 4 years!). He did 11 points last Sunday against Tarnow (beating T.Gollob in one heat!) and won for us the holy war (Torun v Bydgoszcz) scoring 9+1 ! I don't know him well but what I heard is that personally he's a really nice guy. I really do hope that development of his career will be continued the way it is now.
  16. Because sometimes speedway is an 'addition' to the party only For me for certain time all these GPs, SWCs have been just a great opportunity to meet with friends, have lots of drinks together etc. Of course it's great to see TG doing it once again but actually I'm equally excited about the whole rest connected with a GP-weekend - piwo, piwo, piwo, storming stadium gates etc. Looks like this year's one at Bydgoszcz is gonna be the last weekend of the longest holidays of my life.. (studies begin on Monday just afterwards). Needless to say I cannot be sober at all
  17. There have been some rumours about Gollob's comeback to Bydgoszcz but personally I don't believe it for some reasons (sponsors, money etc..). There's just a different conception for building the 2007 line-up in Bydgoszcz. IMHO it may be Wroclaw which always have a serious budget or Reszow. And it's J.Gollob's last season probably so he should not a problem for any club hunting for T.Gollob this winter..
  18. The crash.. http://www.gagastudio.pl/pliki/Aj_upadek.wmv
  19. Being honest - nope. Some teams don't take it too serious and this year's line-up doesn't look really strong. Of course if you're in Bydgoszcz or nearby it's worth going but if I had to make a long journey to watch this event I would not.
  20. Unfortunately I don't have internet in my temporary flat in England but looks like I have to start training anyway, at least offline now. Watched Rico struggling with this game yesterday after the GP and it was a really good fun Now I know what I'll be doing at off-party nights in a dorm in Poznan
  21. There was an awful crash including AJ and Hampel in heat 9, first bend. AJ has been taken to hospital. Don't have any details yet but will try to call to Poland later tonight to find out anything. As for now I'm sitting in a net cafe in Reading and know only what read on the internet
