Wroclaw Picking Up Tickets
Mateusz replied to robolots's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Yeah, it's at the main gate. It's called "Kasa INFO". Should be easy to find. And it's open on Friday and Saturday between 13.00 and 18.00. -
European Speedway Grand Prix - Wroclaw
Mateusz replied to Champion's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Don't worry. AJ will ride in this GP. No one can be sure in 100% but I've just talked with him and today he got a special protection for his foot. Hard to describe how it works but he said he's gonna come back to riding next week -
Well, Hazzman don't take every part of my posts too serious , though ...
-
Come on Rico - you say u cannot wake up about 9.30 am for zuzel ? In September, just after the Bydgoszcz GP I'm gonna celebrate Gollob's World Champ title throughout the whole night and then in the morning get a bus/train/car to go /somewhere/ to watch Polonia Bydgoszcz fighting in the league final That's gonna be a really lethal weekend and needless to say you're expected to join us

European Speedway Grand Prix - Wroclaw
Mateusz replied to Champion's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
All things being well AJ should ride in this GP and then the next day's Czestochowa v Bydgoszcz. He won't ride in Rybnik v Bydgoszcz this Sunday and probably also in a derby match Bydgoszcz v Torun on 3rd May (Bydgoszcz are gonna make RR for this two meetings). -
100% confirmed. AJ has broken his foot bone. 2-4 weeks of break.
-
With no doubts. That's what I've been talking about for last years - let Bydgoszcz' guys to prepare the track and you'll have a wonderful GP, full of fight which we normally see in league matches here.
-
I will have confirmed info about Jonsson later tonight. Please be patient. But as I wrote to Rico earlier - AJ has probably twisted his leg when bumping or during a small clash with Kolodziej who left him no space near the fence at the backstaight. Anyway, I gotta watch it on tv to judge that situation. As for the match (Bydgoszcz v Tarnow 44:46) - Bydgoszcz were not as strong as one week ago but undoubtedly we were damn unlucky tonight AJ was taken to the hospital after 3 of his heats, Kosciecha had ef in the gate. PePe was weak as well, but last night while he was coming back from Krsko both of his children were taken to hospital (probably serious food poisoning). If my children were taken to hospital, I'd also have not will to fight... And to be fair - T.Gollob and Kolodziej were pure class tonight. However, this match was won by three men only - TG, Kolodziej and Nicholls. If Bydgoszcz hadn't had this bad luck, we would have won. Not highly, but around 48:42 I think. But that's speedway. Sometimes you're lucky, sometimes not. Still any doubts who should get the wild card for Wroclaw, heh?
-
To be honest, last time I lost all my faith that Gollob could make me happy any more with his performances in GPs (apart from Bydgoszcz GP of course). Unexpectedly he did very well tonight. First two heats he rode on Jawa, then changed on GM and undoubtedly it was a pretty good decision After tonight's success, drinking with Rico and HenryW in Wroclaw is not the only reason I'm going there "Jeszcze tego lata, jeszcze tego lata..."

Wroclaw - Wild Card
Mateusz replied to Champion's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Krzysztof Cegielski has just said on Polish Canal+ that he was told by J.Posthewaithe (BSI boss, I never know how to write his name ) that this wild card was given to Kasprzak mainly because of the fact that KK is from Leszno which closer to Wroclaw than Tarnow and more fans are gonna come to Wroclaw this way. /edit: It was to be: Krzysztof Cegielski has just said, of course not Krzysztof Kasprzak.. Sorry for the mistake - just tonight's GP fever -
Todays The Day!

Wroclaw - Wild Card

And not more will he score in Wroclaw I'm afraid... But Hopefully for all of his fans I may be wrong. -
Wroclaw - Wild Card
Mateusz replied to Champion's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
It should be given to Kolodziej with no doubts. -
He's German.

Update: Meeting's protocol has been signed by the ref and the result is 43:41. Tarnow can appeal against this decision but it won't change anything actually I think. Such things only happen in Poland...
-
Leszno v Tarnow result will be probably verified to 43:41 !!! According to the rules - every rider has to stay in the pits 15 mins after the meeting's end. J.Gollob and L.Dryml left too early and the ref is bound to remove their points! What a farce! Will let u know how the situation is going on...
-
Indeed.. Zielona Gora -v- GTZ Grudziadz 74-16
-
Lawrence's line-up is the confirmed one.
-
Rybnik v Torun postponed to 15th April due to bad track condition in Rybnik. Winter in the south kept longer..
-
IMHO the squad is proper but pairs will look a bit different: 1. AJ 2. Kosciecha 3. Sawina 4. Klecha 5. PePe 6. Jedrzejewski 7. Buczkowski 8. Sajfutdinow
-
Probably. And what's more, they can also put Lukas Dryml in (instead of Burza for example).
-
RYBNIK V TORUN I'll get p!ssed if Rybnik beat Torun Honestly, I'll get p!ssed if they beat anyone this year.. My predict: 42:48. WROCLAW V BYDGOSZCZ 2 (maybe even 3) buses of fans are going from Bydgoszcz to Wroclaw this Sunday. Maybe this will help a bit in this tough match. Looking at results of test matches and Aces Criterion I shouldn't fell so nervous but Wroclaw's track may be a struggle. AJ's ill and nobody knows how he will be feeling on Sunday. Anyway, as a Polonia fan I must be an optimist and shyly I hope on 45:45 RZESZOW V CZESTOCHOWA Should be a nice match to watch on telly (with Wroclaw v Bydgoszcz and Rybnik v Torun in the background on the radio ). 50:40 LESZNO V TARNOW Tarnow's line-up looks perfect. Is it perfect actually? Leszno are the first ones to check this.. 40:50
