That's just daft! We're desperate for a heat leader, given we currently only have one and the way the averages have fallen means we could have brought one in. Hopefully the promotion have another signing in the offing that we can announce after tomorrows new averages take effect, otherwise it's a bit pointless. Feel a bit for Trigger but he's not at the level required and as the overall strength of the Plymouth team is quite weak, there is no place to hide. Yet, supposedly, Klima has been signed to strengthen away performances, and Trigger is 4th in Plymouth's away averages this season. Outscoring Frederiksen, Bowtell, and (by a large margin) Barker. "Plymouth have been lacking firepower on the bigger, faster, Tracks." There are possibly three Championship tracks that, in my opinion, are remotely like the polish type tracks Klima will be used to. A rider was putting in some laps on Saturday when my boy was riding in the skid school, won't say his name just in case they do announce him and I am being out of line. If like you say 'the promotion have a new signing in the offing' who else loses their place in the current line up for said rider if you are right? Is Cluff really any better ? I can only assume that he brings more sponsorship with him than Ben. The team have gelled together in recent matches and are a solid unit,however apart from Klindt,none of them are true HLs. Will Ben continue to ride for the Centurians now ? It could simply be Plymouth think Klima is better than Trigger & he's the best rider willing to ride for them? Ideally they should've signed an 8.00 rider, putting Bowtell to reserve, but dropping a 3.5 rider for a 4.0 rider isn't pointless. You'd have to say Cluff based on averages but it depends, who, if anyone, would be willing to sign. If the rider is a 9 point rider for example, then it's time to call it on Bowtell. I've always liked Alfie as a rider and he's good at Plymouth but has never improved away.
