Does it not ready cost the clubs to host it? As I’m sure they used to pay the FIM to host events not sure if still the case mind you.

They could have abandoned the meeting when it was obvious it couldn't continue and spent the rest of the night to decide the quaulifiers. Maybe they should have delayed the meeting for 24 hours.

Thought the FIM paid the club a "rental" for the use of the track but could be wrong, though do clubs pay BSPL to run shared events?

Yeah genius but that was edited probably at around 5pm the last time i checked it. Originally it didn't say anything about a time change and then that news item was taken down completely from the site for a couple of hours until they had edited it.

I\Just checked my call log, I texted my family telling them of the time change at 13.02 yesterday and I wasn't that prompt so the advice was posted shortly after noon.

Racers and Royal posted the change start time on this Website at 12.20 yesterday.I looked on BSPA website not that long after and the change was there.Nothing to get really excited about though.

If I was there 10 min after start Would have attended though having travelled.Perhaps it was raining when you arrived and that changed your mind.Unlucky though.

I think it's more the.Glasgow track staff work week in, week out, and they know what works and what doesn't, as well as what the local forecast usually translates to. Unfortunately the FIM don't, and they don't appear to love listening to the locals at events.

Listen don't go name calling. You made the mistake, it was updated on all possible places for people to be aware. You've then chosen to make it a wasted journey and spat the dummy because missed 2 heats. Only person at fault I'm afraid is yourself "genius".
