One Aces fan retaliated to a sarcastic comment about the NSS track and mentioned it is one of the best tracks in the world. A common held belief in speedway circles. The Ipswich trolls descended . Sigh.

Yeah, got that, not sure what your summary offers in response, but move on.

Craig Cook replaces Francis Gusts at Oxford… thoughts Leicester fans?…

Personally think Leicester came out with better side of the deal anyway. Cook is over the hill at this level and if he decides one evening he doesn’t fancy it, you can quite comfortably write a row of duck eggs in the programme

Always a risk signing Cook as Leicester have already experienced this year,  all in all think Leicester have the better deal with Kemp

I don’t think they can re-introduce Sam Hagon nor would I want them to .

Nathan Ablitt put up a decent fight last week . I know he scored 0 from 3 rides but then won his last 2 rides in convincing fashion.

I would accept & be willing to allow Vinnie Foord time to adapt to the level.

If we go for Joe T then he has been here & knows the level so I would not give him long to settle .

Ablitt too risky imo without a Championship team. Maybe a year too early for Vinnie, he's still at reserve in the Champ. Joe T has started the season well for Plymouth. Surely you need someone to hit the ground running now and Joe is the most likely to do that imo.

I assume bringing a rider back after dropping him would be allowed "at management committee discretion"

Leicester got rid of Joe T when he struggled last year, then got rid of Sam Hagon when he struggled this year. Why would Vinnie Foord be treated differently?

Joe T is a stronger rider now than he was when previously in the Prem, so should be on a par with Gilkes.

Not sure why you'd give Vinnie more time than Joe T? Joe has the best chance of scoring points as the season progresses.
