Ben Barker out for a while after having his appendix out. It’s on his Facebook page.

Andy Grahame and Arthur browning are available, it’s getting that desperate

Oh for goodness sake! Well done to Ben for even giving it a go yesterday at Sheffield. I should imagine appendicitis does just not appear from bouncing along the fence at Sheffield one summer evening. So well done for the points he scored. I hope he has a good recovery.

So, Andy and Arthur aside, who is available to replace Ben? Eddie Kennett up to anything? Lol.

If Birmingham didn't have any bad luck you wouldn't have any luck at all

Don't think there will be a fat lot to choose from, assume we'll get an R/R for a little bit

You can’t do R/R for Barker as he’s at reserve, you’ll have to use guests... and with his average being 3.65 the guest choices won’t be that great

you will have to have a guest rider / reserve you cannot have r/r as a reserve can only replace a reserve

Who ? Could get Nicki Pedersen to see out season, he out of a job at moment

He walked out on Peterborough, he walked out on Rybnik... what could possibly go wrong at Birmingham 🤔🤷‍♂️

It'd just be another chapter in the psychodrama that is Birmingham Speedway... more plot twists than an episode of Crossroads!

He should have tried Mildenhall or Iwade back in the 90s, 'changing room' at the latter was a 50s caravan with no shower or curtains. Has he not ridden some of the dog awful tracks they have in the Danish league 😁

Iwade have never been in the top league.

Which Danish top league tracks are 'dog awful'?

Instead of people wanting the actual issues addressed that drag the sport further down they have a pop at the person speaking out. Same people moan that riders never speak out etc.

But if Pedersen rides one match then walks out, Birmingham can get strong guests in for a month!

It's not always about not speaking out. If a rider has a problem with the changing rooms or pits area, why didn't he raise these points before the meeting. These are things that are done by club volunteers who give up their time for riders to perform. Without those volunteers there is NO speedway . So before any rider starts complaining in public, they should try and think of the consequences if you are going to slag off people who give up their time for free.

For somebody to complain and then miss his team's meeting to go and practice in Poland for a match tomorrow takes some neck!

If he would of hung around on monday while his mechanics were taking his engine out he would of seen volunteers sweeping up the pits after the meeting
