Looking at the averages as per BSPL, I fail to see how the Steelers would be under the limit, prior to the Foord/Roynon change.

Now the change is made, I presume Foord will not be racing tomorrow (Friday 18th April), as his championship team Workington, are at Edinburgh 7.30, same day, and it would be impossible for him to do both.

So after all this, still do not know Steelers team for tomorrow.

As I was thinking of going to this match thought I would look up admission prices on Scunthorpe website. All I can find is they still have not decided the price for last year's National league matches.

Yep they posted that after I posted and after the averages were updated on the BSPL website. 

But it’s not a direct 1 rider change is it? It’s sort of a double swap to get back under the limit.

As far as I'm aware it's An extra a £5 for a double header so £25 for an adult rather then £20 for a stand alone Championship Fixture
