Common sense isn’t a rule, there should be a rule for such events but there isn’t so you implement the rule that is in place,what would ref of done if that was on next lap ? If that was lap 2 I'd have excluded Pedersen for knocking Lidsey off. However, Holder moved him out and it wasn't his fault either. Time for a common sense rule when no rider is actually at fault.
