Yes! PRL, which is in the main square, shows speedway all the time. The manager is a huge Bydgoszcz fan and a season ticket holder. He and his bar are our go-to place whenever we are in Bydgoszcz. If by any chance it's not already on, just ask at the bar and they'll always put it on for you. Add - This is due to no issues after the race and all marked and approved without any further testing after the meeting, the commentators said of how strange this is to only do this now when the meeting should start.
