FishersGate
It's hard to guess what the team will look like without an idea of the points limit. Personally get Fricke back and build the side around him. I personally would be fine with keeping the Thompson twins. I'm 50/50 on Morris and Masters. I think they will stay as they should improve slightly on their current average. Douglas I think will stay but his average is high now and I can't see him improving on it at all. Kemp can go for me.

I think keeping Douglas is a must and hope fully get Fricke back. I’d then build the best possible team around that pair within whatever the points limit is.

I think Masters could do with a move away as well.

InTheDeepStuff
From conversations had over last few weeks with a few riders who have spoke to Kyle Howarth he is definitely back in 2027, had his break to get through things he needed to do and is a steal on sub 5 point average. Joe T never been in top 5 compared to Howarth who has been in top 5 bar odd week at reserve and I’d say can add at least a point on that starting average in a diluted league, whereas Joe T would need to drop down to number 6 to maintain his average
TTT
Stewart Dickson likes to work with the same riders, Morris and Kemp are the Bandits Top 2 in 2027 so I assume he'd want them both at Leicester too. 1. R. Douglas 9.08 2. D. Kemp 4.92 3. D. Thompson 5.99 or S. Masters 5.96 4. N. Morris 5.67 5. M. Fricke 8.27 6. 4.00 Newcomer 7. L. Harrison (RS) = 37.93 or 37.

InTheDeepStuff
Looks like they had to choose between Dan T and Morris, imagine Thomson is the cheaper of the two also which with state of British Speedway woild have been a factor

Years of not developing UK riders has left many leaving the sport who now could be at this Second String/No6 level.. The very top level riders are a breed apart, but those in what I would describe as the "third level" ie "the average rider" make up the largest individual sector, and this country should have had many more riders of that level, which would have helped the sport in the UK enormously... Hopefully enough is being done to encourage that potential level of young rider to keep going...

If a rider isn't the next child prodigy and pushing towards the GPs by 18/19, they get almost written off. Sometimes they end up quitting. As you say, you need riders who are, ultimately, just average. It's even more concerning when you look at the ages of some of the 'mid-level' Premiership riders now - Klindt, C. Holder, Harris, Lawson, King, Masters, Iversen - all have passed or are edging towards 40. What happens when we lose them?
