I am not sure if it is correct but according to Speedwatpodden new signings (not extensions) aren't allowed to be presented until 15 October (if I heard it correctly). Ghostwalker 1,859 Posted October 10, 2019 (edited) Rule changes for 2020 Elitserien and Allsvenskan have been posted, link. I've updated the first post to reflect rule changes. Elitserien: Tactical substitute can now also be used in heat 14. Transfer windows are scrapped. Instead each team gets three transfer cards which can be used after a team has completed two meetings but less then 75 % (12) of their meetings. Allsvenskan: The two Swedish riders with the lowest rolling average will ride at positions 6 and 7. Same as Elitserien for transfer windows/transfer cards. Some things are not yet decided and won't be decided until they know how many teams there will be in Allsvenskan 2020.
