BWitcher 12,453 Posted May 29, 2014 Heat 9, for some bizarre reason Garrity rode on the centre green/tarmac.. so it looks like a flag was shown excluding him.. Kerr slowed thinking race was stopped, then realised it wasn't and carried on about 15 seconds later.. a 3-0 I assume. Now its reached 10pm so the stream will be finished. Not sure what happened. Howarth struggling but Fisher once again scoring 0s. Changes needed. SCB 0 Posted May 29, 2014 (edited) 15.14.3 Only “qualified” Riders may be nominated, determined as either: a) A Top 3 Points Scorer based upon the 4 x Programmed Rides only including Bonus Points, except when one of those Top 3 Point Scorers has already taken 7 Rides, in which the 4 th highest Points Scorer becomes a qualified Rider. (NB. There is no facility to allow another Rider to be elevated to the qualified list if any of those Top 3 Points Scorers is unavailable due to being withdrawn or has no equipment) OR A Rider in the top 3 of that Meeting’s Team by current MA, although a Team missing one of their Top 3 and using the RR Facility may use the 4 th highest Rider by MA. Reserve switches are not permitted; if a Rider is disqualified for an offence under SR 15.3.4 only the Handicap option may be used. Should a non-disqualified Rider be unable to take part in a re-run (FN) then the place may only be taken by another “qualified” Rider. Kerr - 12 Porsing - 10 Schlein - 10 Lambert - 9 Lambert was not eligible.
